I need help

There are sigs i have seen where the animation is blended in to the sig. It doesn't look lime mine where you can TELL the animation is there. Id love to know how to blend the animation.

If anyone can help i would REALLY appreciate it

I have never tried this type of siggy my self but I think you could use the usual brush to blend the animation in but I would predict that you would have to use the brush on each layer of the animation.

You may have to do a search online and find someone that make them or have already made them.

I know what your talking about, they mostly do that with layering.

I haven't actually tried it, but it seems like you should be able to erase part of your layer with a feathered edge, so you can see the transparent background underneath. Try saving it that way and putting the animation underneath that layer. Does that make sense?

I'm gonna give it a go and see what happens.

I'm sure this isn't the correct way to do it, but it works. haha Here's what I did...

In Photoshop, I put together the main image, add the text, my username and the border. Merge all layers. Then I open a new document - same size as what I just made. Drag the merged pic onto the new document. Grab the eraser, pick your brush, make sure it has a feathered edge. Erase the area where you want the animation to show. You'll be able to see the transparent layer underneath. Then click File and Edit in ImageReady. You obviously know how to add a gif to a siggy already, so you go through those steps, but just make sure your still image is the top layer above the animation layers.

I kinda rushed it just cuz I wanted to see if it would work. I'm sure it would look better if I took more time and had more practice. Hopefully you can try this too. I hope everything made sense. lol Have fun with it!
