Invincible (The song) sounds really good in the car, I will say that. Way better than in headphones.

I mostly listen to music on the way to and from work. Some music sounds so damn good in the car. When I’m driving home from work it usually sounds incredible!Invincible (The song) sounds really good in the car, I will say that. Way better than in headphones.
Completely opposite here….I remember the album leaked online a week or so before release and I was so dissapointed with it.I also got it on release. The first MJ album I bought on release day. What can I say? I listened to it over and over and loved it so much that I started buying all the Jackson 5 albums, Jackson's albums, and missing MJ albums.
Yes sorry this was the wrong … the real writer Demo is in the other Post
I doubt it is true. Unbreakable was recorded in the mid of 2000, while picture was taken in 1999
Keep in mind, that Invincible still sold 13 million copies worldwide in the first few years.
that guitar in the first video sounds like a groan tubeWhen i hear all the Writer Demos then i can say there is no 0,00% of Michaels Own Artisticaly Power and love inside, its Just an album where he was singing the writer demos 1:1 (like a Karaoke Album) without Soul example:
MJ should have chosen this song by Tyrese instead of 2000 Watts:
Invincible is Michael' WORST album! It's really bad, comparing with his previous work! He wrote only about 4 songs. The rest 10-12 songs were given to him. That's ridiculous!Anyway, Invincible gets too much hate from this fandom. It's not a good album, but it's not a terrible album, either. All in all, it's an average pop album. Yeah, it's far from MJ's best, but what do you expect from a guy who was in his 40s? It's really not much worse than Dangerous and History. Both of those albums were overlong with obvious filler. What 70+ minute album isn't? Yeah, MJ was chasing trends, but he was chasing them on Dangerous and History, too. Songs like "Heartbreaker" and "Invincible" aren't much worse than "She Drives Me Wild" and "Can't Let Her Get Away", or "History" and "2 Bad".
Songs like "You Are My Life" and "The Lost Children" aren't much worse than "Keep the Faith" and "Heal the World". "Privacy" isn't much worse than "D.S.". "Cry" isn't much worse than "You Are Not Alone". "Don't Walk Away" isn't much worse than the "Smile" cover. And what the hell was "Come Together" even doing on History? Nobody actually listens to "Little Susie", do they? Yeah, it's a shame how MJ didn't write many songs on Invincible, and the only two songs he wrote on it are pretty cheesy, but I think MJ did a fine job for someone who was dealing with a dependency on painkillers. And I like how he included something for everyone on the album.
There's R&B and soul on "Break of Dawn", "Butterflies", "Heaven Can Wait", "Whatever Happens" (even Latin fusion on this one), and "You Rock My World". If you like the music MJ made with Quincy Jones, then you might like these songs. There's digital hip hop on "2000 Watts", "Heartbreaker", "Invincible", "Threatened", and "Unbreakable". If you like the songs MJ made after leaving Quincy Jones, then you might like these songs. There's adult contemporary on "Don't Walk Away", "The Lost Children", and "You Are My Life". There's gospel on "Cry" and "Speechless". There's rock on "Privacy".
Yeah, I would have taken "Shout" over "You Are My Life". I don't like "Privacy" very much (but I don't dislike it as much I used to, either). The sequencing could be better; "Unbreakable", "Heartbreaker", and "Invincible" all playing back to back at the start of the album was exhausting. The Biggie voice sample was weird. And we're all still wondering who the hell Fats was and why he was on one let alone two tracks. But let's face it, MJ was past his peak in 2001. There was no recovering from the 1993 scandal. People were more interested in talking about his face. Furthermore, rap was overtaking pop music. MJ did about as well as 'N Sync, Britney Spears, and Janet did that year. MJ was never going to return to his former glory, neither artistically nor commercially, so you shouldn't take this hot mess of an album too seriously. I believe Robert Christgau put it best in his review, don't believe the hype matters.
