You did not understand what i wrote.
I gave an example of an alternativ view (Janet getting pulled in, in worry for mom, believing she was near a heart attack because of (whatever) stress with 3 teenage kids). With that i do not say that this is something that can be proven. I say that it is a possibility (which i personally find likely to be true), just as other views are possible (Kids being angels, Janet being Beelzebub in disguise and greedy for money).

Again, the only thing that i say and know for sure is, none of us know for sure what went on behind the scenes, and how much exactly Janet knew or didn't know that made her do what she did.

So let's keep an open mind, and don't judge. Thats all. Got it now?

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Michael Jackson's mother confirmed details previously reported by CNN that suggest she was tricked into flying to an Arizona spa instead of attending a concert by her sons in New Mexico last month, court documents reveal.
Katherine Jackson's cell phone and iPad were taken from her at the spa and the TV and phone in her room were disabled, preventing her from calling home or knowing about the public controversy about her disappearance, Jackson said in a sworn statement filed in court Thursday.
The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch was out of touch with Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson for 10 days, leading to a missing-person report and the suspension of her guardianship of Michael Jackson's children, whom she has raised since their father's death three years ago.

"At the time, I trusted people to be honest with me," Jackson said. "While I was away, I had no reason to question whether the people whom I placed the trust would inform me that Prince, Paris and Blanket were trying to reach me."


Those people included four of her children -- Janet, Jermaine, Randy and Rebbie Jackson -- according to her lawyers and others involved in the events. Her other children, including La Toya, Tito, Marlon and Jackie, have said they did not know where their mother was taken.
A judge restored her as guardian in a hearing Thursday, based partly on her sworn statement explaining why she was out of contact, a description that mirrors what CNN reported after her nephew filed a missing-person report on July 21.
The drama began on July 14, a day before she was to leave in an RV to see the Jackson's "Unity" show in Albuquerque on the next Tuesday, she said.
"A doctor was brought to my home stating that he had been in contact with my longtime personal physician and was coming to check on me because my personal physician was unavailable," Jackson said. "The doctor advised that it was better for me to fly and not drive to New Mexico. Believing that the doctor was sent at the request of my longtime personal physician, I followed what I understood to be doctor's orders and boarded a flight as opposed to driving in the motor home."
The doctor, identified as Dr. Allan Metzger, was not sent by Jackson's personal physician, Jackson lawyer Sandra Ribera told CNN.
"We came to find out that the doctor has no association with Dr. Metzger," she said.
Metzger's previous connection to the Jackson family included his treatment of Michael Jackson over nearly two decades for insomnia, according to his testimony last year at Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial. A call to Metzger's Beverly Hills, California, office went unreturned Friday.
Instead of landing in New Mexico, the plane went to Tucson and Katherine Jackson was driven to the Miraval Spa, according to her affidavit.

"Based on what I believed to be the orders of the office of my longtime personal physician, my phone was taken away," Jackson said. Her iPad was also taken, she said.
"While there was a telephone in my room, the telephone was not functioning and I could not dial out," she said. "In addition, there was no picture on the television in my room. Despite repeated requests to those with me to have it fixed, the television was never fixed."
Without a TV, phone or iPad, she was unaware that her granddaughter was posting desperate pleas on her Twitter account for help in finding her.
Paris Jackson, 14, tweeted on July 22, "yes, my grandmother is missing" and "i haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now." Hours earlier, nephew Trent Jackson filed a missing-person report for his aunt.
Katherine Jackson said she did have one clue something was amiss, though: "One morning I woke up to the sound of the television," she said. "While there was no picture, I heard a broadcast that stated I was missing."
"When I asked about Prince, Paris and Blanket, I was informed by those who I was with that they had been in contact with others concerning the well-being of my grandchildren," Jackson said. "I was never informed that Prince, Paris, Blanket and TJ were trying to reach me."
If she had known, she said, "I would never have gone for such a long period of time without communicating with them."
Executives at the Miraval Resort, where Jackson stayed, did not immediately respond to CNN calls for comment about their role in the events.
When Katherine Jackson returned home early July 26, she learned the details of what was happening at home and in the worldwide news media from Prince, Paris and Blanket.
"Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to," Prince Jackson tweeted that morning. "I'm really angry and hurt."
Katherine Jackson is planning another trip this month, but the children will go with her, she said in her statement.
The family will travel to Gary, Indiana, for a celebration of Michael Jackson's 54th birthday.

Parents do it all the time it's called taking a vaction, my parents left me with my grandma when they went on vactions sometimes and they didn't call, nothing new and I didn't freakout either, the fact is they werent there by themselves they were there with their adult cosuins and the fact that they knew where she was going and she was with family , the fact that none of the family members filed a missing report only Trent spent speaks volume you think if they were truly concerned the whole family would of been worried and I don't know about you but most people trust their family members if someone tells you that someone can't come to phone espically another family member or that person is resting most people do not freak out ,and most people would not want to bother them anyway.

and the fact is that Mrs Jackson has contradicted herself so many times , so who knows what versions to believe, the only thing I believe is that she wanted custody back and her lawyer isn't exaxtly trust worthy either imo.

Janet wanted to help Randy unseat the current Executors without a doubt. She went with this scheme in an effort to do so. It was not thought out well and it could never have worked. The lying doctor is evidence that this was not done for the sake of Mrs Jackson's health. They wanted her to be out of the picture long enough to have her guardianship removed. Things went south when the children didn't keep quiet and refused to leave the Calabasas home.

They would not have been able to remove the Executors even if they had been successfull in removing the children and Mrs Jackson from California because the Will doesn't change with jurisdiction. The most they would have been able to do was get someone they wanted as a joint guardian. Mrs Jackson has put the nail in that herself with her approval of TJ.

It's all water under the bridge Mrs. Jackson has put a lid on these antics at least for the time being. Maybe it was a compromise in getting her to continue the AEG lawsuit. Janet doesn't need the money from Michael's Estate, but I think she wants Randy to know he has her support in his efforts. Now why is he obsessed with Michael's money, I don't know. He was never named as a benefactor in the Will or any previous versions of the Will.
 
Even thought she didn't want Michael's money, by helping Randy made many of us thinking badly of her. There was no need to be involved nor dragging the children into that mess.

You situation doesn't qualify as comparison as I'm sure if you needed, you would have been allowed to call to your parent, and secondly, you are not beneficiary of billion $, so no one has reason to kidnap your parents:)
I'm sure parents and guardians leaves kids all the time and go on vacation, but usually if kids starts getting frantic and worried, they would be provided explanation and allowed to call their parents or guardians to put their mind at ease.
That wasn't done in MJ's kids case. The more days went by, the more worried they got, and then Janet and other siblings appeared their home in proper gangsta style, no wonder they reacted the way they did.

Also lets not forget how Marlon was crying on telly that he didn't know where Katherine was either.

Btw, as Katherine is their guardian, she is not supposed to go on any secret location for breaks or holidays without phone in case something happens to any of 3 kids. In worst case scenario, lets say one of the kid is in hospital (tabloids were after them and car crash followed), as far as I know, only Katherine can sign the document for hospital to operate the kid if that is needed (don't know the name of the doc, but I'm sure you know which one I mean).
 
No matter if some of you think PP acted like spoiled kids, if your guardian leaves for a week, no one tells you where he/she is + your not allowed to communicate with him/her, I'd be genuinely worried and frantic as well, I don't know how some of you can still defend Janet or the other siblings. What all of them did was inexcusable and made them look bad once again.
 
Let me just say this...I am a parent of two children..they are both grown now..I speak to my children daily. ANYTIME I go somewhere...even to the store atleast one of them knows it and they know how to get in touch with me. There was NO NEED for this BS to happen with Katherine...and I don't blame HER...I blame the siblings. PPB should of KNOWN where to find grandma and should of been able to have contact with her if needed. Its not like she was in a hospital in ICU or anything she was at a spa playing uno...even if she needed rest...those kids STILL should of had a life line to her...she IS their guardian and SHE was still resposible for them regardless WHO was left "incharge* of them while she was away....she was still responsible for their mental well being ...even from afar. It is how it is with kids..no matter what the ages of them..parents/guardians are for life...not just when they FEEL like it. So yes Janet and the rest were WRONG for this stunt.
 
^^^ I personally don't understand what kind of parent goes on holiday and leaves kids without means to contact on their parents. The only time I have heard that happens is when Jackson family fans say that they either left their kids or they themselves were left as kids to someone else to be taken care while parents were on holidays. So I assume that happens in real world, so whom am I to judge anyones choice to leave their kids and cut all contact with them:) Perfectly normal.

Although, I must admit that if that happened in my country, kids would have been taken away from parents.

It is not necessary that Janet hadn't offered her help. After seeing Juniors tweet, I would think maybe kids doesn't want to be around her. So it could be kids choice not to have her around or to be seen with her.
 
I don't blame Katherine either but what I don't understand is why she let her "cubs" to take the cellphone away from her... That mess wouldn't had happen if PPB could had communicated with her.
I think they don't want Janet around them either, auntie La Toya wasn't involved and they hang out more often with her. Not precisely the best influence either but oh well... :sigh:

Katherine was with family , she wasn't with a bunch of strangers or kinnappers there was no need for the,. and she is not the beneficiary of a billion dollars

yes its's called life before the cell phone you can call a hotel and room number and you could only talk to someone when they were in their room, if they were out you aren't going to be speaking anyone right away amazing yet everybody survied. and there's no explaintion needed to tell your kids your going on vactions , they are not babies they should be able to understand that, and most teenagers would not be fanatic lol it's probably would be a teenagers dream.

they may not have been in direct contact with Katherine but like I said Katheiren , they were able to still contact Rebbie, Janet and Randy, and seriosuly if something did like that have they would have still been able to contact her , they would have put Katherien through I am sure.

Family doesn't always equal care or meaning you'd be safe..Michael knew that ahem..:trish: and NO she isn't the beneficiary but the kids she's guarding ARE. So, if the legal guardian is missing the kids are at the mercy of whoever wants to take advantage of them and their money...meaning their own greedy ass uncles and aunt(s). Plus, when children don't have their parents with them and someone like Katherine is their only source of love and safety I'd say LET THEM SPEAK TO HER ONCE A DAY, at least..which they didn't nor did they want to..ugh just heartless.

Ever since last summer I can't stand seeing her name or face anywhere and everytime I do I can't help but go "ugh". I was never a Janet fan, she always seemed a bit phoney to me but I never had anything against her but I sure do now. It may be wrong of me, but even if she is engaged I'm not happy for her. Not that I'm wishing any ill on her, but just like anyone else who hurts MJ's kids (and by extension of that MJ himself) I don't care for her nor do I take part in being happy for them.
