True.theres nothing to lose this time.well there is but u know what i mean.the most horrible sense of we have been here before *sigh*
 
Had to look up 'abuse of discretion' :
Definition from Nolo’s Plain-English Law Dictionary

A standard of reviewing a lower court's or other decision maker's judgment. To overturn a decision for abuse of discretion, the appellate court must find that the decision was wholly unsupported by the evidence, illegal, or clearly incorrect.

So I take that to mean...the appellate court said Judge Pastor made a sound and correct decision... did the defense really and truly think they would get somewhere with this appeal, basically saying the judge was stupid and didn't know his job?

Well, here we go. It's going to be one heck of a ride and I am not looking forward to this at. all. Wish I could just fast forward to the verdict...Now that it's going to actually start, I am getting very nervous. Part of me wants to watch, part of me wants to avoid it all...but I know I'll end up watching when I can...

GUYS I SCREAMED OUT WHEN I READ THIS. THANK YOU GOD!!!!! This is the best news today. Michael soon this will be over.

Guys don't fell nervous. We are going to win this. I felt this way from day 1 and nothing has been revealed so far to make me change my mind. Keep positive everyone!!!!!! Remember we will hear drugs, addiction which we heard before. There is no new horrific trash to throw in. Be Strong!!!!

I am thinking of going on the first day of court; anyone else thinking of going to give some fan support?

Oh don't blame his ma and pa. They brought forth a seed, that is Murray, but did not know what it would turn out to be. Muarry is in charge of his destiny. Ma and Pa gave him some good brains. He was supposed to use it and become a good doctor. He became a doctor, but forgot about the "good" part. Hence, he is in this predicament. Rather than say I screwed up and beg the court for mercy. He decided to hide things in the house, blame it on the invisible man, then other doctors, and finally his patient. Ma and Pa did not do that--only Murray.
 
Thank God the trial will start soon. Anyone who knows how long it will last?
 
judge said between 20-25 days and each side think upto 30. so all this talk of loads of witnesses seems to be B.S. they are claiming to use more than mjs case and that lasted 4 months

Thank goodness for that. I felt it would likely be denied, but a small part of me was scared once again. Now, let's have this finally play out and pray that this jury does the right thing--and put him away.
