Well the papers are filed in court, so we know it's not a tabloid rumor. I'm glad Kate is able to break away from her religion enough to gain her senses. Being married to Joe (even as distant as they are now) does nothing but make her look like an idiot and like someone who is willing to be with a child abuser, womanizer, cheating, lying scumbag. I'm glad as hell she is getting out now. It's NEVER too late. Plus I don't want him ANYWHERE near P, P & B. It makes me cringe when I think about how he only wants to use them for personal gain...hmmmm...just like his own kids. GO KATE!
 
So has it been actually confirmed that Katherine and Joe are divorcing? Or is this just another wild rumor that is running rampant?

agree. personally i feel she been had a enough of him only stay married to him because of her Religion and to show her kids and grandchildren the Loyalty of being married. After he had a kid on her she should of just left
