@Ivy Thanks again for all your efforts. Am I read this right? The estate will only release Michael's medical records under a strict
confidential order, AEG agree as did the family, but now the family have revoked the agreement so the estate is holding back the medical records. Why would the family revoke such an order?

This is why i hope the lawsuit never comes to trial and im glad it was delayed.

the jacksons have ruined their own case. whatever they say they will be shown to be liars interms of defending their case. they have given AEG all the amo they need by claiming mj was an addict.and they are daft enough to say the same thing in their depo. are their lawyers stupid or have they realised that even if they change their story its to late anyway. the family have won the case for AEG and they will get nothing. so in one sense thats a nice bit of justice for what they have done to mj.but as normal mj will suffer as AEG are going in for the kill. all of this caused by the jacksons greed.id love to know when reebie actually saw and spent time with mj cause its amazing what she claims along with tito. I saw her go into mjs hotel in 2001 whether dhe saw him is another matter! maybe that was an intervention!!. you reap what u sow and thanks to the jacksons own words they will get nothing yet they seem to uneducated to reallise their words have ruined their case yet they jeep pushing the story to make themselves look good. we now have a year for katherine and her lawyers to get bored and walk away otherwise it will be horrendous for us and michael

Yes. Estate has to turn the records per court order but they want the parties to agree to a confidentiality agreement so that those documents will not become public. They draft an agreement, parties agree and at the last minute Katherine's lawyers say they revoke their agreement. Then Estate has to go back and work on the confidentiality agreement , reword it such and send it out again. AEG says this has been happening multiple times and Katherine's lawyers is the party that's holding the medical records by their agree - not agree stand.

Thanks for the pdf ivy. whats with the comment about latoya laughing. whats in inrelation to.an intervention? cause reebie seems to find everything so funny. so we have the ranch intervention so thats pre 03 do we know when the n.y on m.s.g time? and vegas which was the gatecrash reunion tour hassle. seems they either turn up with no real info and dont know if theres even an issue and are just frankly being noisy or they are hassling him over other issues.

i noticed that kj claimed she never talked to mj about aeg or the concerts yet didnt she say in interviews that she told mj she didnt think he should do 50 shows

I don't have the full depositions. They just filed a few pages to show examples.

She says Michael was at a hotel at NY. So it does seem like the MSG time or when he was recording Invincible.

Edited to add: Also the more I think the more I believe Katherine's lawyers was delaying everything so that AEG cannot succeed on their summary judgement.

Remember in the summary Katherine's lawyers mock AEG lawyers saying have you completed your summary judgement.

Thanks, I'm just at a loss as to why ??? What is it that the Jacksons want the public to be aware of - that we don't already know, and how would that help their case.

@elusive Just LaToya being..... well, LaToya, asking Rebbie if they should take their bags with them for the intervention or leave them in the car.

Another thing I noticed, which shouldn't surprise me, since we basically already knew that information, but seeing it in print, brings it to another level for me.

That would be the amount of money Michael gave his mother, the instructions he left with his accountant regarding money for his mother, and of course, sometimes paying Joe Jackson's rent.

I shudder when I think of the pressure the man was under and not from just outsiders, but from his own dang family.

Seriously $2,000.00 per month for a Hayvenhurst food bill! What the heck, that's a rather large monthly food bill. Was Mother feeding the entire neighborhood.

They have the nerve to talk about AEG putting Michael under pressure. "Some" of them need to take a look in the mirror and add their own names to "The We Put Michael Under Pressure" list.

I'm so through with the Jacksons!

Intresting the amount of money mj was giving katherine fron 05 onwards. 500k when he left for bahrain and more when he came back and paying all the bills at hayvernhurst including 2k a month in food bills. wish i was that broke yet all janet could manage was 10k

Mj stated himself in the weisner depo that he had issues in the early 00's and delt with them. gotta love rebbie acting like some sort of saviour trying to help the helpless druggie. i saw rebbie going into mjs hotel in 2001 during m.s.g was that an intervention to get him on stage!?

I also find it "rich" that Tito Jackson's deposition is marked Confidential.

Ain't that a kick in the head! I mean, folks don't have a problem doing interviews wherein they have no problem talking about the ups and downs of Michael's life and whatever else it is they THINK they knew about Michael, but God forbid that anybody gains access to Tito's deposition answers. LOL!

What's homeboy got to hide? Could it be the number of times his baby brother had to bail him out financially, including but not limited to paying up his back child support.

Note to Tito: Sorry Son, but sooner or later it WILL come out!

I would like to know the dates to this so called interventions. I think Michael's problems with medications was in 1993 and 2000 to 2003, as he himself said in the wiesner deposition. So the Las Vegas thing, I think it was 2007 or 2008, wasn't really a intervention...

Exactly! and Len Rowe also mentioned how Janet got pissed and left the room when MJ refused to join them in concert. There was no medical or drug intervention. They were intervening to get MJ on tour. If he was so sick with a drug problem why in the world would you want him on stage?:bugeyed This family is not very bright.. They have botched their own case

btw - they state that Tito's deposition is wrongly classified as confidential. So it seems to be a mistake.

And this was after Randy stole from him, after his trial, after the ranch debacle, he still owed his lawyers and he's still shelling out dough to them that would choke a horse!

Unbelievable.

tell me about. mj certainly had the cash but it just shows ppl werent doing their jobs in paying the bills and mj was still shelling out for the family after everything that happened. the family were dredding anything hap to mj in 05 cause who would pay the bills

Thanks ivy for your summary, great we don't have to rely on the media for reports.

I'm wondering why aeg are saying severe substance abuse went on for decades - i'm assuming they are including the public '93 announcement of mj going into rehab - hope they're not suggesting it all began in '84 with the pepsi burn. Those 3 interventions, the one at neverland we knew about from jerm's book, and smh at latoya's mess with her handbag, and at rebbie having a good old chuckle about it. I think this was latoya's first meeting with mj since she betrayed him in the media, so who's smart idea was it to bring her along on a sensitive mission such as a drug intervention? The new york one would prob be the 30th anniversary, i've got to say mj really did look out of it then. The 3rd one is the concertvention which is the important one as it's relatively recent to TII. The problem is that aeg aren't interested in showing up the jackson's real agenda in these recent meetings with mj, as they're just content to let it be seen that mj was an addict.

V sad that it's left to the estate to try and protect mj's dignity and privacy with regards to his medical records, whilst his family are chuckling away in recalling all their interventions for their drug addictaed brother.

The way I understood from Ivy's post they are reworking the confidentiality terms, it says nothing about why they are doing that, it certainly doesn't say they want to make the docs public, we don't know what exact problem they had with the original terms. I doubt they want to make the docs public, they probably just didn't like something about the terms, it's not really possible to tell what they want or don't want without knowing the specifics. Maybe it's a real problem or maybe just a delay tactic, we don't really know.

Very true.aeg dont care about any issue in relation to the families b.s as the family are saying what AEG want to hear. in the end it will ruin the families case but the damage is done to mj. the family have tried to make it out like mj was a raving druggie yet even in this depo theres nothing new and certain claims have been shown up. yes mj was high as a kite at m.s.g there was talk at the time mj was ill and had a lupus flare up and had been told to not do the shows.yet the family took part and got paid so i guess they werent that concerned. what fecks me off is it is documented mj had to take medication for his lupus burns went to pain management clinics etc. yet his family try to push the image that mj was some sort of crack head they were trying to save. i guess cause like with everything they were clueless about mj and his medical problems but of course wont admit that cause they were so "tight nit"

no details are given in regards to confidentiality other than "stringent". I believe Katherine's lawyers have agreed and then revoked their agreement 3 times now. AEG definitely portrays it as a delay tactic and a issue with KJ's lawyers gamesmanship.

Rebbie gave a deposition? How were they chosen or did she and Tito volunteer? And she is the least sibling to know anything about Michael. She actually said soemthing about her and Latoya laughing going to an intervention? Shows you how serious it must have been. She really despises her little brother huh? Don't they realize that AEG's defense will be that he was an addict before they started working with him and for the family to confirm it helps AEG not their case. They should be saying things like we were misinformed about what was going on with him and he was fine until AEG came along and pressured him and made him use drugs again. Rebbie probably took this as another way to get back at Michael, to denigrate him as she enjoys doing.
