How the hell fans gets their hands on them, unless Randy gave them to TM, and that looney sent them to LATimes."

You have to wonder the state of these "fans" mind if they, after reading these mails, still think it is a good idea to send them to media. What the hell were they thinking, I'm sure it wasn't Michael!

How could Mann have gotten those e-mail documents when nobody was supposed to have them except the Jacksons and AEG? I don't know if I believe him when he claims to be the person responsible for this mess. Because what if he is just trying to take the heat off of the Jackson family since he's in business with Katherine?

I notice randys name doesnt get mentioned. yet they use ppb like someone would accuse them of leaking them! aeg and the jacksons are the only ones who had access to the sealed documents. fans had them? what taj malik who was given them by randy who then gave them to mann?? wonder if mann will say this under oath. damage control or what.

Funnily enough, we heard from various family members that there were shady people around Michael that stopped them seeing Michael and were using Michael. They introduced and brought some of these shady people to Michael's life, and when Michael got rid of them, these fam members go on doing business with them. What is the worst, it looks like that family are the most shadiest of all and should have kept and still keep away from Michael. They are disgusting.

Funny how they denie that ppb leaked them (yeah right) like aeg would even claim that yet dont denie randy and the rest of them were involved. ha ha at fans had them. Didnt realise we were allowed to have sealed documents. randy taj mann seems pretty plausible if that claim is even true. frankly they should have said the tooth fairy leaked them its more believable. another fine mess steven shows how worried they are if they are pulling such a unbelievable stunt as this. how long before x17 run a story?!

I noticed that too that Boyle inserted kids names at least twice that they are not behind the leak. I cannot see kids reading these emails and then leaking them to LATimes, Boyle is off his head.

Yeah it was intentional bubs. they are playing the victim card by saying look aeg are that low they are blaming the kids aswell.when of course theyve never made such a claim. its pr and trying to get sympathy from the gen public. the family use mjs kids when it suites their agenda. yet dont care leakibg docs that will hurt them

now mann and others have made such claims they may have stired a hornets nest. surely the judge will eant these fans etc in court to say yes it was me in order to make a ruling on this. gotta love abit of perjury

I hope the court orders a good investigation into who knew what and who did what with the AEG e-mail information. There was no decent reason for this disaster. Mann may be trying to take the blame for what happened. But a court order has been violated. As far as I know, people can get thrown in jail for doing things like this.

Katherine will definitely face serious consequences for leaking the emails, whether it was Mann ,Randy , Rebbie , you or me , when she got the documents she was expected to keep them under lock and key .However, she failed miserably. whether she knew or not ,she will face the music soon , that's why the Jacksons are so terrified now .

By the way , AEG blamed them directly and asked for sanctions precisely no emails published should be admited into evidence, would it have been wiser of them to counter attack and accuse AEG of the leak themselves for that particular reason instead of admitting Mann their associate was responsible? they made it very easy for AEG ,they can't get any more stupid than this.

Howard Mann is the Jackson's NEW Brian Oxman, without the law license, which Oxman doesn't have any more anyway.

He is doing their bidding and I'm dang near positive that RANDY JACKSON is the person responsible and has sold the disposable Mann with promises of riches once AEG cuts them a huge check.

Silly, silly Howard will be kicked to the curb before long, just like ALL the rest have been kicked to the curb, once the Jackson's no longer have a use for them. Just ask the guys from the failed MJ Forever Tribute and Melissa Johnson the fake Heal The World lady.

Picking Mann as their "fall guy" was pretty foolish. At least pick someone that isn't so well known for being the family's go to guy for shady dealings!

I just dont understand how it makes it better for the Jackson family that Howard Mann admits he did it. Katherine should have had those documents sealed.

Why is Mann getting his nose in the familys business ughhhh!! I bet Randy has promised him a cut from the profits they think they Will get. He should run away fast before Randy dumps his sorry ASS.

Terrible thought came to my mind. I wonder how desperate they are and far they are ready to go?
I hope we will not read from tomorrows news that it was Paris who leaked the mails.
She seems to be willing to do quite a lot for her so called "guardian" (I'm sorry but I have to put guardian to bracket as I don't see her acting like one).

Who ever leaked the mails, end responsibility lies on K and her lawyers.

I gotta say - those quotes from the emails are awful and very depressing. I don't know if I would be able to listen to their interviews for TII again *shakes head*.

And what is the sense in Mann leaking those emails?

It's like EVERYTHING they do is a$$ backwards. They just do stuff with no thought process behind it, in my opinion. Just throwing stuff out there like nobody can figure out what's REALLY going on, i.e. "it's not about money, really it's not." LOL!

Because you know, they're SO smart, and the rest of us are just a bunch of dumb bunnies who lack common sense. As if!

If those docs can be proved the ones sent to Kat/Attorny - The judge may very well approve the sanction against them. It doesnt matter how they got out - They are still responsible for keeping them safe and the fact a business partner leaked it makes it evn more incriminating ..

And if I'm not mistaken, if he wants to, the Judge can COMPEL Howard Mann to testify, under oath, as to where he got those documents. He's not a journalist and can't stand on the same laws they can stand on. I don't believe so anyway.

And if he refuses to testify, he can be held in contempt.

Once again, dem dang Jackson's have put their foot in it.

Any idea when judge might decide sanctions and what is going to happen to leaked emails?

Another thought, I assume K had her copy in the house and her lawyers kept theirs in the office.
Randy is banned from the house where kids and K lives, so he has have access to them before he got booted out, same goes with Mann.

It doesn't matter if Mann, Randy or anyone else did it. Katherine and her laywers are responsible to the court. If they are told to keep it sealed then keep it sealed. Sympathy for the Jacksons are going down in public opinion. Especially after what happened this summer. Michael gets trashed again and portrayed as weak again for what? Money. I don't think I have ever seen anyone used to get money more than Michael has been used. It amazes me he was the kind and caring person he was because it is bad enough when strangers use you but your own family? Michael was too good for this world.

You know I have always had the feeling that although Mother's name is on this lawsuit, Randy Jackson is the "day-to-day" point person. I also believe that because of him and his quest for BIG DOLLARS this lawsuit was filed in the first place.

As I have mentioned before, it was Randy Jackson who requested a copy of the AEG contract from Mother's attorney, during one of her other cases. Claimed he needed to review the document before testifying. He most likely did the same thing in this instance. I can totally see him walking into the law firm requesting to see the "files," so he could be updated.

He ain't gonna be able to overturn the will, this AEG lawsuit is all he has left and if he's not in their offices, he's "probably" on the phone with them every 2-seconds.

The man needs to change his first name to DESPERATE.

Several sources, he says. I wonder who and what kind of fan (in their right mind) of Michael's would contact on Mann anyways? That itself tells if there was a fan, we all know the name of that one, yikes. I don't remember seeing these mails during the Murray trial. They are trying to say that some of the mails are from insurance case but that is already ruled out. Can Mann even access those mails regarding Lloyds case, I don't think so. So the only one left is Randy. He needs a proper job so he can stop messing around.

Also Randy tweeted that decision for dropping restitution didn't come from family and they didn't know.
Now I know he lies as much he can, and he cannot be trusted, no matter what he says.

Bubs, in answer to that question about if the lawyers are on a no win, no fee in this lawsuit - i just can't see a firm that is not made up of the oxmans agreeing to carry on with this stupid. case unless theyre going to get paid, as it's unwinnable judging by all the evidence in the murray trial.

You're right, it's mad scary!

I STILL can't get over the fact that in their collective quest for money, they LIED about the health of their own mother. That right there was lower then low. Can't really put anything past folks who are willing to stoop that low, plus, in my opinion, the ringleader, Randy Jackson, is not that stable.

For the first paragraph, thanks for the laugh:) Image of poor Blanket planning this whole leak email thingy is too funny.

For the second paragraph, I'm not too happy about that. Michael has to pay for his family so they can still abuse his memory and drag him though the mud. I hope there is something that can be done to make them stop:cry:
