Lawyer for Jackson's Doctor Says No Plea Bargain

Hello,

I believe this trial will not be argue on the criminal court of law. This court case will be held on the standards of the medical law. This is the opposite and much more strict, factual, comparison to those in your speciality and eliminates "hypothetical situations and "what ifs" "could of, would of & should of". The medical laws are base on Patient safety and due no harm.

Many lawyers do not have the background to argue this type of case, Believe me, this DA is not in favor of Michael, anyways.

doesnt matter if it says homicide. someone can have that happen to them and nothing happens to the person who did it or have a lesser charge. it doesnt have to be a criminal act to be classed as a homicide
yes but whatt murray did was criminal.

yes. but im talking generally interms of what the definition of homicide is

my responce is to that comment
No your response is to jump on what i say and be a smart aleck about it. My point was in michael's case he was killed by someone else negilently and I said he can't just get negligence because what he did to michael was criminal.

You have an interesting point, Nena, and it would only make sense (ethically) to associate the act with its result. Intention is too overrated by law makers, and it's very hard to define, track down, and prove beyond reasonable doubt. Many murderers have escaped justice because of lack of sufficient evidence of malice aforethought.
Tragically, Michael's murder brought to light the lack of ethics in the law. It is not sufficient for law to be supplemented by an ethical code, it is extremely important that it is encompassed within the law itself.
