Well my view has been that in order to show that what is written is not true he has to provide proof, so when for example they are making wild statements about his finances he would have to bring information about his status into court, and I think that is exactly what the likes of that clown at Fox want him to do.

I do think he should take action over suggestions that he has molested children, some people have openly called him the P word, he can easily prove that untrue by merit of the fact that he was never even charged in 93, and two grand juries threw the non-case out, and he was acquitted in 95.

It's really up to him and he has his reasons, I think these tabloids want his attention and I am glad he treats them with the contempt they deserve and ignores them.

I think you meant, he was acquitted in 2005.
