Lisa Marie Presley and her estranged ex are back in court to battle over issues involving their two children, RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm.

Elvis‘ famous daughter and her ex Michael Lockwood Opens a New Window. have been embroiled in a vicious divorce for two years. Both appeared at Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday morning over custody and visitation of their twin daughters Harper and Finley.

Presley, wearing a long pencil skirt and black heels, remained silent as Judge Jospeh Lipner asked members of the audience to clear the courtroom for a closed hearing. Lipner said he decided to clear the courtroom “for the best interest” of the children.

Lockwood’s lawyer Jeff Sturman declined to comment once the hearing ended an hour later, but he did confirm to Radar that their upcoming court date is December 10.

Presley filed for divorce from Lockwood on June 24, 2016 after 10 years of marriage. While Tuesday’s hearing involves issues with their children, the former couple are also still at odds over their post-nuptial agreement.

Under the November 2017 agreement, both Presley and Lockwood agreed neither would receive spousal support or property from each other in the event their marriage should dissolve.

A judge found the 2017 agreement valid, but Lockwood has filed a motion to appeal that decision.

Sturman said Presley has a monthly income of about $183,000 per month, while Lockwood only makes about $2,500 per month.

Elvis Presley‘s eldest grandchild, Riley Keough, strode into the Los Angeles County Courthouse on Monday morning with her mother, Lisa Marie.

29-year-old Keough, the daughter of Presley and her 1st husband Danny, has made a name for herself in the industry as a successful actress. She’s starred in “Magic Mike,” “Logan Lucky,” and “The Girlfriend Experience.”

Sources close to the situation tell The Blast Keough will not be testifying on her mother’s behalf, but appeared by Presley’s side as a show of solidarity and support during the difficult fight with Lockwood. Presley’s estranged husband is also present to face off with the star.

As we reported, Presley has been seeking primary custody of her twin daughters, Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love.

A judge ruled that Lisa Marie Presley’s twin daughters will see a mental health expert amid new allegations of abuse as she continues her fight against her estranged husband over custody of their children, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

Elvis’ famous daughter, somber and dressed in black pants and a black jacket, appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court Monday and asked a judge for an order concerning the custody and visitation of her 10-year-old daughters, Harper and Finley.

Both Lisa Marie and the girls’ father, Michael Lockwood, faced serious allegations of abuse concerning their daughters, which were previously litigated in the Juvenile Dependency Court, Radar confirmed.

Judge Thomas Trent Lewis ordered a custody evaluation on Harper and Finley, who would be seen by a mental health expert, which usually would be a psychologist. The expert would then provide a report and recommendation to the court on who will get custody of the children and how custody should be divided.

If either side does not like the evaluator’s recommendations, they can challenge them during the trial. The judge may or may not follow the evaluator’s recommendations, but this provides a way for the judge to obtain information from a neutral party.

Juvenile Dependency Court hearings are private and involves cases where children might be in immediate danger to abuse, neglect, injury or abandonment. Usually, the Department of Children and Family Services file a petition, and the parent or parents accused of abusing the children must go to court to address the allegations.

At the hearing on Monday, Lockwood’s attorney. Jeff Sturman, said the Juvenile Dependency Court case was dismissed. Presley was allegedly making the same claims against Lockwood again in order to block his visitation and custody rights, Sturman said during Monday’s hearing.

Presley and her ex have been embroiled in a nasty divorce since May 2016. On Monday, the judge set a January hearing date concerning Presley’s request for order on the custody issue, which could take up 10 days.

Judge Lewis said all current custody orders would remain the same until the issue is taken up by a different judge in February.

Before she checked into rehab in 2016, Elvis’s troubled daughter was “paranoid and hallucinatory” after abusing cocaine and popping up to 80 opiate pills on a daily basis, Michael Lockwood told the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services during an investigation.

The hopped-up star would even stay awake for up to 11 days in a row in 2015, Lockwood once alleged.

After authorities began to investigate, Presley checked into treatment — during which time the estranged couple’s 10-year-old twins Harper and Finley lived with their famous grandmother Priscilla Presley.

The investigation — which also included allegations of sexual abuse against Lockwood — was dismissed in 2017 due to lack of evidence.

A source close to Presley told Radar the singer has now been sober for two years.

“She finally realized that she was killing herself, and decided that she didn’t want to end up like her dad,” a source previously told Radar.

However, the nasty divorce between Presley and Lockwood continues three years later.

The couple is still fighting over custody of the twins, who were recently ordered to undergo mental health evaluations as part of the case.

A court hearing this week continued Presley having primary custody, while Lockwood has supervised visitation.

The bitter exes will return to court next month.

As part of a 2016 child services investigation, Lockwood also alleged his wife coached the girls to say he had touched them inappropriately. In interviews, the case social worker claimed both girls “had said their father touched them,” but also noted their mother “was trying to get them to say father had done so.” In another interview, both children denied he had ever touched them.

But Presley insisted to have found “disturbing photos” of their now 10-year-old twin daughters on her ex’s computer. A social worker described the “most disturbing” pictures, which included photographs of the girls in the bathtub. According to the documents, it later emerged that Presley was in the bathroom when most of the photos were taken.

The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services filed a case on July 7, 2016 which investigated both Presley and Michael Lockwood for alleged sex abuse and domestic violence — and Presley for substance abuse.

According to the court documents, Presley’s behavior threatened to leave their daughters “at serious risk of physical harm.”

But in court, both parents denied ever abusing their daughters, and the investigation was dismissed in 2017 due to lack of evidence. No criminal charges have ever been brought against either parent.

When contacted by Radar, Lockwood maintained he has never acted inappropriately around his children, while a source close to Presley noted she has been sober for two years.

Years later, the nasty divorce between Presley and Lockwood still continues.

New documents revealed that both Presley and Lockwood faced an investigation for the sexual abuse of their two underage twin daughters.

Lisa Marie Presley and ex-husband Michael Lockwood — who are currently embroiled in a nasty divorce — both faced sexual abuse charges against their twin girls in 2016, as Radar Online reports. Lockwood told investigators during a 2016 report that Presley used their children as bait against them, coaching the children to tell law enforcement officials that their father engaged in inappropriate behavior with them.

Lockwood also alleged that Presley set up security cameras in their home in an attempt to tape the abuse. A social worker further claimed that the twin girls had revealed that their father had “touched them,” but also that their mother had told them to say as such. In a separate interview, the children denied the abuse.

In the documents uncovered by Radar Online, Presley was said to unearth several “disturbing” pictures on her ex-husband’s personal computer — but the snaps turned out to be family photos of the girls in a bathtub. It was allegedly revealed that Presley was present in the bathroom while said snapshots were being taken.

Radar Online further reported that both Presley and Lockwood were under investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services for sex abuse, domestic violence, and substance abuse.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Lisa Marie’s mother, Priscilla, had the twin girls in her care while her daughter and her ex-husband sorted out their messy divorce. Priscilla spoke out and said that, at the time, the girls were doing great — and that they were in a very family-oriented environment. A source close to the family said that the twins still saw their parents, and that Priscilla was attempting to pick up the broken pieces of her “shattered” family.

“She can take care of her granddaughters better than anyone. She’s taking them to school and playdates. Of course, they ask about Mommy and Daddy, but they have Priscilla, who calmly tells them everything will be OK,” the source revealed.

The documents uncovered by Radar Online further alleged that Lisa Marie’s heavy drug use had a hand in the legal battle that she and her family are still facing. Lockwood told investigators that Presley used up to 80 prescription pills a day, and once had stayed awake for 11-days straight while on a binge. Though Presley went through the necessary steps to seek treatment, the legal battle over the estate, debt, and custody of their children still rages on.

“She finally realized that she was killing herself and decided that she didn’t want to end up like her dad,” the insider told Radar Online.

Lisa Marie Presley has been rushed to a hospital after EMTs responded to her home for a possible cardiac arrest ... TMZ has learned.


Sources directly connected to Lisa Marie tell TMZ ... paramedics performed CPR Thursday at her house in Calabasas before rushing to a hospital. We're also told they were able to regain a pulse before she was transported.


It's unclear what her condition is at this point, but we know she's getting treatment in a hospital.

It's a truly sad moment for us all right now. None of us expected Lisa Marie would die so suddenly, and in this manner. None of us expected her to go before her mother, and a parent should never have to bury their child. In this, echoes continue. Vernon Presley had to bury his son after such an ignominious end after years of physical and psychological decline, with 9-year-old Lisa truly affected by this. And Joseph and Katherine had to bury Michael, who ended up leaving Prince, Paris and Blanket to grow up without him and his love and protection.

I know some people weren't fond of Lisa because of when her first album came out, she was a bit vicious towards Michael at the time, especially her 2003 Diane Sawyer interview, and the song left off the album, "Disciple." But it's heartwarming, how after Michael's death, she came to realize, "I was too harsh about him, about the marriage. I ended up giving those vultures red meat, the very same thing I've decried those who betrayed my father for doing, and I did that myself." It was nice to see her then come around and defend Michael the way she did afterwards.

If there is life after death, then it's certainly going to be an interesting dynamic up there.

While we left on Earth must contend with this bittersweet and touching moment Lisa did for the fans and to commemorate her father at the very first of the "Elvis The Concert" shows, in Memphis on the 20th anniversary of his death, and see how it now takes on a heartbreaking new resonance.
