Charles A. Koppelman, John Branca, Mark Geragos, Trudy Green, Karen Langford, Alan Malnik, Alan Whitman, Zia Modabber, Kevin McLin and Leonard Muhammad . . . the son-in-law to Louis Farrakhan of Nation of Islam. Source

Charles Koppelman works with Martha Stewart Living network. He was reportedly fired from EMI in 1997. Source Apparently that is not doing to well. Source Between 1997 and 2004 when he joined “Martha Stewart Living” and CAK Entertainment, inc., From 1994 to 1997, he served as Chief Executive Officer of EMI Records Group, North America. From 2000 to 2004 he served as director on Steve Madden, LTD. Source

John Branca - Currently the fraudulent executor of the Jackson estate, Sony legal representative and executive producer of Michael Jackson’s “This is It”. Branca has also represented Sony at the same time he represented Michael. Source

Mark Garagos – Pictured above in the 2004 meeting. Mark is the one that flew with Michael from Vegas to Santa Barbara so Michael could turn himself in. On this flight, XtraJet employees tried to tape the conversation between Michael and Garagos. Garagos successfully sued but an appellate court overturned the $20 million suit. Source Mark was still Michael’s lawyer when the 2004 meeting picture took place, which means Garagos was involved in the attempted swindle. Also interesting was this little news item from back in 2004 posted on a message board where Garagos discusses the prosecution’s first line of attack using the press conference. Again, focus on the media and prosecution and not the ones that paid them, which would be the very people Garagos and his “F-Team” cohorts were meeting about. Source

Trudy Green – There is quite the interesting story here. I pulled this from a Roger Friedman article (I know, I have the crawlies too) . . .

“Green, Jackson's manager, and John McClain, Jackson's sometime manager who is, oddly, also an executive at DreamWorks Records, decided Schaffel had gotten too big for his britches. Not knowing him, but disliking him, Schaffel says the pair, along with Mottola, conspired to remove him from the project.“ Source

That article goes on to say – “You'll see in Phillips' articles and another one on MTV.com that Schaffel "received a letter on Nov. 15 from Jackson's management and lawyers" releasing him from the project. The letter was from Green (who works for Howard Kaufman Management in Los Angeles). By this time, Schaffel counters, Jackson was so furious with Green following the poor release of Invincible that he wanted to remove her, not Schaffel, from his professional life. Green was acting on her own, and not for Jackson, when she sent the letter to Schaffel.”

There is a lot of this going around.

Karen Langford – An attorney that works with Branca at the same lawfirm. In this atrocious article, Karen is listed as Michael’s lawyer too. Source - She has been in and out of business dealings that Branca was involved with, both with and without Sony in the background. Obedience has it’s perks even for family members. Meghann Langford’s Sony-saturated resume . . . Source

Alan Malnik – ties to mob, admitted “friend” of Branca even though Branca makes no claim, they seemed happy team members in the 2004 meeting pic above. Michael, according to one FBI lawyer, was furious with Malnik when he found that Malnik and Mottola were working around his back. Pic below notates a very unhappy Michael. Brett Ratner and his doctor relative were the ones who enticed Michael to Malnik’s house in Florida. We will cover Ratner and Dr. Ratner in a future blog. Source – Where Malnik claimed to be Michael’s executor. I wonder what Branca promised him to shut him up?

Alan Whitman – Michael’s accountant before he was fired. Interestingly their company info – Source – on numerous searched listings shows a link to a web site that is currently offline. Wonder why? Source But you can get more info on what they did and DIDN’T do for Michael – but CHARGED HIM FOR, here - Source

Zia Modabber – Another in a group of entertainment attorney’s at least once fired by Michael who also represented Michael’s label in a conflict of interest, joined at the wallet with other attorneys who have done the same. Source He has also represented Sony Music . Past and Current Clients Mr. Modabber has represented Aerosmith, Chevy Chase, Ben Silverman, Reveille, NBC, Nine Inch Nails/Trent Reznor, Michael Jackson, Jordan Schur, Slash/Guns N Roses Music and Sony Music. Source

Kevin McLin – Self-appointed spokesperson for the Jackson Family. (Lot’s of these too…) was involved in that 2004 meeting, but was also commenting and quoting Miss Katherine Jackson concerning AEG – “Family friend Kevin McLin says, "She is asking questions but the answers don't make sense. She wants to know how Michael passed the physical examination he was given by AEG. Something has to be wrong with this because he had all of these problems - how could he possibly pass a test like that?” Source Has anyone even SEEN McLin around the family? Anywhere? Anyone? Anyone?

Leonard Muhammad – Nation of Islam Leutenent and self appointed (or secretly hired) advisor to Michael Jackson who attended the same January 2004 “Defraud Michael of the ATV” meeting. Source I wonder what donations NOI was promised? And just to remind those wanting to start trouble, neither Dr. Tohme NOR Jermaine Jackson are affiliated with NOI. That was another TINI started rumor.

Alan Grubman – From Johnnie Roberts, when he still worked for Newsweek – “NEWSWEEK also has learned of Grubman's uncomfortable, if profitable, role in a legal fight pitting recording star Luther Vandross against Sony Music; both have appeared on his client roster. Vandross turned to Grubman when the crooner wanted to bail out of a contract Grubman had helped him negotiate. But Grubman's Sony ties left him unable to represent either side, and Vandross sued Sony using another lawyer. Grubman still managed to broker a settlement--and pull down a nice paycheck, Rubenstein confirms.” Source Isn’t that sweet?
