You may visualize waves of beautiful, sparkling light moving across each continent, drops of love raining down from above, or just a beautiful energy field that fills and surrounds the planet. May this comfort the hurting, confused, sick or grieving. Send your love, well wishes and compassion to EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, without exception. May all be HEALED! Stay in this MAJOR LOVE... feel it, envision it, let yourself soak in it along with the world (for several minutes, if you can). 3) Next, LET YOURSELF FEEL LOVE FOR ALL THE WORLD. send this MAJOR LOVE to all the world! You may visualize waves of beautiful light moving across each continent, drops of love raining down from above, or just a beautiful energy embracing the planet in PEACE. May this comfort the hurting, confused, sick or grieving. Send your love and well wishes to EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, without exception. You may focus on particular areas with great need as you go. With this MAJOR LOVE, all are HEALED. All are in PEACE. All are LOVED.

All for L.O.V.E indeed.
I missed the actual time, but when I remembered, I went in our break room and luckily no one else was in there.
I was able to sit quietly for about ten minutes with my eyes closed....thinking of all those I love and miss so much.
I went back to my desk and put in my ear plugs and listened to MJ on my MP3 for at least an hour straight as I worked.
