Guys,

I need to let you know that there has been a minor membership crash which has resulted in us losing some accounts, I know its not many, however, unfortunately, I am unable to get them back, those accounts lost will need to either re-register or email us on contact@mjjcommunity.com with your username/email/password and we will set it up for you.

Those accounts lost your posts are still within the forums but will not be attached to your account.

Apologies for this guys, just one of those things that seem to happen with older systems these days.

Lastly, if you know anyone or hear of friends etc being caught up, point them to here.

It got restored but seems to be missing the original rights since I am not able to post in some areas or see 2000 Watts eg.
Any help greatly appreciated (my emails regarding the issue might have been lost).

Unfortunately, you will now need to post ten times in the sections you can see, then you will be upgraded to use all areas.

If you want your join date and post count put back to what it was, let me know what it was here.

How can I get my account restored? :O
 
The username is the same as this one, "Michaels Lover". The join date was sometime in 2004 and I have no idea what post the count was

I know, I'm sorry. Gaz is the only one who manages the technical side of things, through the Admin control panel.
I have passed on your inquiry to him, but as yet he hasn't said anything to me about it. I will remind him.

My account were lost in the crash and I was told it cold not be restored - so I needed to re-register.

I am wondering now if someone in the admin team can change my registration date and post count to aprox what it was before?

I want to keep my new username: Lightbringer

My old username was Lesky and I joined to the forum after the Martin Bashir documentary aired in 2003.

I know it was in 2003 definitely, either february or march.

For my post account, I know I had like 200-300 posts. I have made 49 new posts since I re-joined. I would be happy with 300 posts and a join date of february or march 2003.

I would really appreciate if you could fix this for me :)

Afraid not, the member crash basically deleted them (not the posts on the forum) so the only way forward is to create a new one -apologies for that.
