Saw a post on Reddit theorizing that the movie starts with the Bad Tour and then it flashes back to the J5/OTW/Thriller eras, and that the movie overall would center around Michael breaking free from Joe's control which would make sense with everything we've seen from the movie thus far + with the rumor that the first script of the movie would switch back and forth between the 1993 raid and events from past eras. If true that would mean Part 1 is pretty much gonna be a rehash of American Dream lol.Very interesting, I wonder if they just mean last scene for Joe and not Michael.
Unless they’re starting with that Bad tour performance then going all the way back and ending with Victory![]()
I think you’re right….sadly. It will mostly focus on the Michael/Joe relationship in this movie and be exactly like An American dream.Saw a post on Reddit theorizing that the movie starts with the Bad Tour and then it flashes back to the J5/OTW/Thriller eras, and that the movie overall would center around Michael breaking free from Joe's control which would make sense with everything we've seen from the movie thus far + with the rumor that the first script of the movie would switch back and forth between the 1993 raid and events from past eras. I mean, this is the Spoilers thread...Pretty massive spoiler online through the media day starting today. Surrounding when the film ends. I won't post it just to be super safe
It's normal for the press to attend a screening where they're shown a collection of clips from a movie. The Victory Tour scene was probably the final scene of the bunch shown during that screening and that's why she was referring to it as "the final scene".Very interesting, I wonder if they just mean last scene for Joe and not Michael.

After the latest comments pretty much confirming part 2 and the mention that this part 1 will leave you wanting more….It's normal for the press to attend a screening where they're shown a collection of clips from a movie. It will roughly be 2 hours and 10 minutes, depending on the last minute edits.
Apparently this person is pretty accurate with their info.
Just over the 2 hour mark seems a little short but I guess it leaves us wanting more!!
