"Michael", a biopic about Michael Jackson, is officially happening.

That's because of organizations like ASPCA, Humane Society, PETA, Greenpeace, etc. They monitor movies/TV, circuses, SeaWorld, zoos, rodeos, farm animals, research animals, and so on. If you buy some shampoo, it might have something like "free from animal testing" on it.

I guess it is easier to use CGI too, although it's more expensive. Like those 2 recent "live action" Lion King movies, they couldn't train a group of real animals to do any of that stuff.
A real amimals would too difficult to train remember they are animals not humans
Both good points... it would make sense to use CG in such cases. I just wish it looked more natural. Maybe my eyes are too good, lol.

CGI bubbles is the least of our worries šŸ˜‚ did you see how bad (no pun intended) the crowd shots were of the Wembley show? Legit looked like something you would find in a computer game.

It looked even worse when I watched it on a bigger screen 🄓
