A dog needs to bond with someone who is with the dog every day and loves it--is Kenya just being fed and ignored? Who is bonding with him? Seems like the only people at Hayvenhurst on a day to day basis are security guards. I am not so sure that Kenya is not abandoned, sorry to say.
 
^I agree on your point a dog needs to bond with people every day. I bet Kenya missed the children or even Michael so because PPB had him during 4 years and already bonded with. Dogs demand their humans' love and attention everyday, it'll never be the same just visiting him/her. Katherine could had chosen a house where dogs are allowed, if Michael did, why didn't she?
 
I feel sorry for Kenya. She must be feeling sad and lonely. Animals that are very attached to their owners tend to be very sensitive. They can see it from time to time, but really is not the same as seeing her every day. So anyway she is abandoned. :(

People who has been to Hayvenhurst says that security is there 24/7 and that Kenya is very happy and has company all the time. They say he seem to be a happy dog, but I bet he miss the kids and he should be it's them.

And Kenya is boy ;) despite the name.
 
Kenya seems to be happy but Paris isn´t.
Didn´t Michael say that animals were the only ones who didn´t take advantage of him?
Before he got his children of course.

There're certain places where pets are not allowed, there others where pets are allowed but the renters must pay a fee for each pet. I think you're right, Katherine could have chosen a place were dogs are allowed. I would be devastated if I have to leave my cat behind but we don't know if the kids are happy or unhappy with that decision. But by experience, I know children form a bond with their pets and their separation is painful.
 
TJ said MJ raised the kids differently. They read a lot, didn't watch tv during the week, one movie a week if they earned, TJ explained

Travis Payne talked about when he and Michael did dancerehearsals at Michael´s rented house.
Prince asked for permission to watch a movie or if it was tv and Michael answered read a book first.
Michael didn´t say no, but Prince had to do something before he watched it.

Prince also talked about they watched a movie first without sound and then with.If you see the same movie several times it only counts as one time?


I remember a time when we only had one tvchannel in Sweden and when I was ten we got another one.They didn´t send around the clock, maybe 4-6 hours.More if it was sports, like the olympics.
But we played games, cards, children,parents,friends , cousins, sometimes grandparents played card.
We could sit indoors or outdoors and we talked.I listened to when my mother and cousin talked about old things.
I read lots of books too.
That´s a long way to say I think it´s great to do something else than watch tv or movies all the time.
It´s good with family spending time together.
