Michael Jackson's home is on the market again

I read that Robbie Williams was buying it, it also said he has been a big fan for a long time which is very funny because in his song Rudebox he said JACKSON LOOKS A MESS hmm :/

Robbie is considering it. To be honest I don't really think it matters if the buyer is a fan or not.
Neverland will always be Michael's place to me.

Rick Hilton is the Chairman of "Hilton & Hyland" and the President, Jeff Hyland, grew up in Holmby Hills. Rick Hilton is the Chairman of Hilton & Hyland. Co-founded by Hilton in 1993, the Beverly Hills-based luxury residential brokerage firm specializes in select properties throughout Southern California, and is an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate as well as Luxury Portfolio. A member of the Hilton Hotel family, Hilton has been a groundbreaker in luxury real estate for over three decades. He set record for brokerage sales in both Malibu as well as Brentwood. Highlights of his remarkable career include Brentwood Country Estates, which he developed as a principal. Located in the prestigious Brentwood section of Los Angeles where home values exceed $20 million, the gated estate community set a precedent for luxury development throughout the region.

Most recently, Hilton was the key component, acting as agent for both buyer and seller, in the record-breaking $85 million sale of the Candy Spelling estate (the largest residential sale in Los Angeles history). “I am extremely proud of Hilton & Hyland Real Estate and truly believe we are the finest residential brokerage firm in Los Angeles,” he says. Hilton’s business acumen and passion for residential real estate are complemented by his close friendships and personal ties with many of the most creative and influential people around the globe. Hilton and his wife of over thirty years, Kathy, have four children. They are active in social and philanthropic circles in both Los Angeles and New York.

This may be why Kathy Hilton met Michael at the Beverly Hills Hotel back in the fall of 2008, because of leasing a home through Rick's prestigious Real Estate Agency. Randy Phillips stated that Michael wanted to rent a $90M home, which fits the Aaron Spelling home, but Randy Phillips said No. So Randy and Michael agreed upon this one. The Calabasas home that Katherine Jackson and Michael's 3 children have been renting may also have been through Rick Hilton's Real Estate Agency.

I like when he says there is an energy in the house--we all know whose energy that is.

I wish Michael was still alive. That house just has Michael all over it.

Absolutely. His spirit will always be there.. In spite of the bitter memories of the last years, he never let go entirely of the place. Like everything he created, he put his soul in it :(

I think selling that house is kind of stupid...if they do it for money, they should be ashamed...Michael struggled sometimes so much to pay the taxes on that property and keep it in the family...if they can't handle the memories, then maybe I can understand...

I think you misunderstand. 100 carrolwood was not Michael's property. He was just renting it temorary. He didnt own it or pay taxes on this house. The person who sells it is the owner and they have every right to sell their own property without being ashamed.

I dont think Michael was attached to Carrolwood. Even furnishings were not his personal belongings
I was all rented. He had his personal belonings in storage. It was just a temoraty place to live because
Michael was planning on buying his own House. I think in Las Vegas

Michael Jackson and Simon Cowell are hot.
Elvis Presley, Larry King and Christina Aguilera -- not so much.
At least those are the sentiments of tourists who requested views of celebrity homes from StarLine Tours, the largest tour bus company in Los Angeles.
Based on such requests, the tour company Friday released its top 10 list of most requested celebrity homes for 2011 and the Holmby Hills mansion where the King of Pop died in 2009 was the most requested stop, followed by the Beverly Hills estate of former"American Idol"judge Cowell.
The rest of the top 10, in order, are: Tom Cruise, Jennifer Anniston, David and Victoria Beckham,Lucille Ball, Al Pacino, the former home of Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Phil McGraw (TV's "Dr. Phil") and the Playboy Mansion.
The Pacino home, the former Perry-Brand residence and the Playboy Mansion are all new to the top 10 list in 2011. The homes of Presley, King and Aguilera dropped off the list from last year.
Thanks to a swell in international visitors, Los Angeles hosted a record number of tourists in 2011.
The 27 million tourists who visited the city last year represented a 4.2% increase from 2010, breaking the previous record of 25.6 million in 2007.
