They aren't all full lines. See what I said about kyhu. Also, if the singer sings the song at a slower tempo, and the tempo is then increased, while at the same time the pauses that he may or may not have made are shortened, then you have something that sounds like a better vocal than it is. Of course that's cheating, but the whole thing is a cheat. I'm hearing snorts that can not be found in Michael's 40 years history of recording. They can be found in Jason's own songs though. It's like a trace or a nuance of Jason's voice if you like, but either way, it's there in the Cascio tracks.
 
I actually think it's a nuance of trying to copy Michael's style without actually being Michael.

Pentum has described how he has made the same snort while trying to impersonate Michael.
 
Hey ivy, would you be willing to respond to this post of mine (on page 1007)? I am just curious to hear what you think about the technique vs songwriting issue.

I do not see how the flow on a song like Monster is any more complicated than this. Thus, I believe Jason is perfectly capable of singing like this (perhaps he cannot deliver full songs with rhythms like this live, but he clearly can in a studio environment). It's just that his own songs are different.

Btw, I remember seeing a clip on YouTube ages ago of Jason Malachi performing a song called 'Stop Breaking My Heart'. I do not remember the song very well, but for some reason have the feeling that the 'flow' was quite similar to Monster. I just checked but could not find the song on YouTube anymore. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

If it's real, How would he know when Michael's album is out? Is it because he's recorded more material for it?

The snippets I heard months ago didn't sound that bad, to me...
