Michael - The Great Album Debate

I listened to it with headphones, but whether i listen to the right or left speaker..both songs are playing through it at the same time, i don't think this is supposed to be like that, right? Either way...the voices are 100% identical, i could hear that very clearly when both songs played.

When Teddy hears this, he won't be a believer anymore:

Monster and Let Me Let Go mix, one song in the left earphone, the other in the right.

I kept switching my earphones and concentrated on only one. The voices are identical.

With thanks to Sunday_Nighter, who made this.

Maybe when they convince Ivy they will convince Teddy Riley :D
with l.o.v.e Ivy ;D

I listened to it. The voices are not 100% identical? Are you guys insane? You can totally tell a difference between Jason and Michael. I dont know how to explain it...but reopen up your minds and ears. You can tell them apart clear as day.

^^ Ok, whoa, whoa.....If I remember correctly you were hearing the same as us at one point and now you just switched back to the believer's side and flip flopping around and as I recall, we supported you on that...you can believe and hear whatever you want....This is what I STILL hear after 9 months, deal with it....Respect, dude....

Hey, calm down... Different people hear different things. So, if people think the voices are 100% identical, they are not insane.

I listened to it too. Although I don't think the voices are 100% identical from start to end, it's close enough. I still don't understand why the voice in Monster sounds closer to Let Me Let Go than Threatened.

Right...Identical voices aside and whether you hear that or not, what is baffling me the most is how MOST of us (doubters and believers) have admitted that the voices are very, very similar, and no one has been able to find any genuine MJ songs that are comparable to the voice on the Cascio tracks...And after THIS long, neither side has been able to demonstrate this....I'd like to know why....That is what keeps me in this debate and unable to let go of that nagging feeling that I'm NOT listening to MJ on these songs...

billyjean, please provide audio where Michael soungs like the singer in Monster.

Thanks and good luck.

To me, whether the Cascio vocalists sound like Jason Malachi is not the most important thing. The most important thing is why Michael Jackson doesn't sound like Michael Jackson.

Listen to Monster again, the vocal is completely spark-less.

And remember to set the tempo down with - 6, because this is the tempo the vocals were recorded in...

Some of the comments over at Maximum Jackson have gotten very close to a comprehensive theory regarding the timeline. This whole thing could have been exposed before Christmas had people not constantly fought against it, in their attempt to prove these songs are Michael.

That's a real truth and i think that the timeline theories are very important.I believe that Friedman gave us many clues about how the things happened after Mj death.I trully believe that some song's titles came after Jason and Eddie saw the THIS IS IT movie or recent events on the news about Mj. Black widow (spider of thriller), Water (Billie Jean) or Burn2night (the new video of pepsi comercial that surfaced). Maybe other cascio songs were pre-written and pre-recorded by Porte before Mj died, but i trully believe that other tracks like KYHU (Room2breath), Stay (burn2nite/Mamacita) or Monster (let me let go) came from Cupeta's world. My 2 cents.

I agree. No denying. Same voice. We demand justice.

so u are filing the lawsuit then? you can't demand or get justice by forum posts or tweets

sorry I was away for sometime and when I clicked the file was removed.

are we reading the same threads? everything on max-jax is a theory. nothing is exposed either way.

and for teddy's body language - from the first day , his radio interview, his twitter arguments I personally think teddy believes it's Michael. It doesn't however mean that if his belief true or not. Is the guy gonna do a video about Eddie? That's what would be interesting.

Of course I can demand justice on a forum. I did with that very post. Also you might notice that I clearly stated in my post about Maximum Jackson that they were theories. That's why I said "comprehensive theory". My use of the word exposed had nothing to do with what I said about Maximum Jackson.

I can tell you for sure that you cannot get justice through forum posts. Actions always speaks louder than words.

Obviously I wasn't trying to get it. I was making a general statement. Should have thought that was obvious.

Ill try to find a MJ song close to monster.

And yes, Arklove i was a believer, doubter and now im believer agian. Though i do have to say that i have my doubts on some tracks. I mean....all i need is just...uncomparable. However, Monster. In my opinion...is Michael Jackson. Along with KYHU, and possibly others.

A lot of people have asked him to do Eddie but yesterday he posted another Michael video and he said it would be it last one for a while because the videos are taking too much time out of his personal life.

Still, no matter what you say, the voice on All I Need is 100% the same voice on Monster.

I agree. The voices on all the Cascio tracks are the same. They sound different mostly becasue of the tempo of the song. As Bumper mentioned before, some fans are better with fast tempo. Some fans are better with ballad. Our ears may be attracked to different elements. For instance, I'm better at recognizing Michael's voice in fast songs. I like his ah's, dah's, ooo's. I pay attention to the way he kept the rhythm. I like his husky voice. To me, the way he sang fast track is very unique and have the "Michael Jackson" stamp all over. On the other hand, I'm not good with ballad. Bumper's wife thought KYHU sounds strange, while Bumper himself thought KYHU sounds Michaelish.

Speaking of Bumper, when he comes back, do you think he can catch up the hundred pages we have moved since his vacation?

Isn't it sad that we all have to try so hard to convince ourselves that it's Michael Jackson that we are listening to? They are selling us Michael Jackson songs, albeit posthumously released, that don't sound like the Michael Jackson we all love. For the first time in my life, I have to factor in legalities and logic when listening to music.

If I look back to the moment after Breaking News premiered online, a vast majority had doubts. People were confused and frustrated. Many believers originally had doubts. For me, I still have doubts. I really want someone to convince me that Michael Jackson could sound so weak in a studio recording.

It isn't that they just don't sound like Michael. It's that they sound identical to Jason Cupeta. After 9 months I'm still waiting for someone to explain why, just for these 12 songs, Michael developed an uncontrollable vibrato, a new accent, a new way of pronouncing words, started snorting, and managed to take 20 years off his voice. All of these vocal aspects match Jason completely. Despite this, on the new vocals on WBSS 2008 he sounds just like himself. And we are also supposed to believe that Michael completed 12 songs with complete lyrics but didn't do any of his trademark adlibs on any of them.

Let's add: unconvincing way of singing, unconvincing and unlogical lyrics that maybe would fit a newcomer, but not Michael with his 33 years of experience in the business and 28 (in 2007, if I'm correct) years of songwriting experience of his own.

Does Jason Malachi write his own lyrics? I happen to think the melodyline in 'All that you need is in you' (that exact same lyric in the song) and 'Keeping your head up to the sky' from Keep your head Up are also very similar. Not exactly, but almost.

Very interesting Kapital.

1.05-1.07 (the way the choir sings it) Again, not exactly the same, but it comes close IMO.

If Jason wrote this, he might as well could've written Keep your head Up.
