Michael's amazing accent or just low vocal quality?

From what I know, these are all the instances of Michael addressing his laryngitis:

According to this "Untouchable: The Strange Life and Tragic Death of Michael Jackson", he had ended the Destiny Tour with laryngitis.

Cancelling St. Louis concert near the very start of the 88 leg of the bad tour because of Laryngitis only to reinstate it and perform anyway.

Complaining of laryngitis during a press conference in Bangkok while he was doing the HIStory Tour.

States he has laryngitis as to explain why he can't perform at Heal The Kids charity event.

When asked to sing during an interview, he states he can't and cites laryngitis as the reason for it.

Complained of laryngitis while rehearsing for This Is It on the final day of rehearsal (and his life).
There were also other confirmed instances of laryngitis.

For example, right before his BAD concert in Rome (on May 23rd, 1988) but the singer not wanting to disappoint his Italian fans he decided to perform at that night despite his health problem.

Also, the reason for postponing certain BAD concerts in Los Angeles (in November, 1988) was again due to his laryngitis.

Michael Jackson had also to postpone certain BAD concerts in Japan due to coming down with laryngitis (as revealed by his then-bodyguard in Japan).

Laryngitis seems to be a bit of a cop out. It's also a 'you hear something often enough you begin to believe it' type thing, and has become folklore in Mj land.

There was probably times when he did have it.

Maybe he didn't always have confidence in his ability at times (especially if he was a perfectionist).

Also, certain medications can dry the throat out which could effect singing. If he had lupus then an attack on the lungs could certainty hinder his vocal.

Lastly, you have to be honest with yourselves and really he would have found it difficult to pronounce words during the invincible sessions with a frozen lip.

I dunno why you're acting like Michael's laryngitis is up in the air when I've just posted a bunch of clips of Michael talking about it himself.
