Since this morning I have been watching this saga and I have to say that I am appalled at the level of ineptitude of the Jackson family.

From the moment the POLICE indicated that they needed to hear from Mrs Jackson ONE of her EIGHT children should have sorted this ish out. It does not take 12 hours to say what Jermaine has just said. It just doesn't. From the moment the news was out, SOMEONE could have been on twitter allaying fears and offering explanations.

BUT NOTHING!!

Nothing but cryptic tweets. For goodness sake your mother is alleged to be missing when you know she is not and twelve hours later (in this day of instant communication) you make a statement!!!!???

That is reprehensible and irresponsible!

And how are Michael's children to feel? That they are a burden? That they and their father are the cause of strife and dissension in that family? That all of this is somehow their fault or their doing?

All of this could have been resolved earlier today. All of it.

This is a disgrace and I challenge anyone to say otherwise. And Janet Jackson better recognise that by failing to weigh in on this, she has spoken VOLUMES about where she stands!!

Just to say my 2 cents in this. I belive Michael's brothers and sisters are getting greedy. The letter to estate and removing it's 2 bosses would then give Katherine the possession of Michael's fortune (at least more of it) and as she had had her strokes it's obvious that the brothers are trying to get the money to the mother so when she dies the money would be inherited by the brothers and sisters of Michael. As it is they are not getting a cent as long as estate has control, it has to be removed.

This news about Katherine gone missing is just another coverup how close she is to dying so the brothers can get the estate to resign before she dies.

Jackson siblings were gonna leak the letter against Estate executors and they didn't want Katherine to denounce the letter by saying she's fine with executors. So they took her away to a spa and cut her communications so that no one can get a comment from her and/or tell her what's going on. They just couldn't foresee Paris's tweets / worry and how it will snowball this much.

Last straw for me with these people. I've always tried to support the family even when they said some not so good stuff about MJ. But to mess with his wishes for his children and to do this to kids that have already been through more than enough is so far over the line.

Jermaine can try and pretend everything is fine all he wants. He always wanted to be MJ, now he wants in on MJs money and that's as transparent as can be. The good die young and pricks live forever.

So I see we are back to the Mother is with Rebbie story. What happened to Mother is with other family members and Mother is at a hospital resting. Why do you need a new doctor to tell mother to rest? Why couldn't her old doc tell her that.

They've whisked Mrs Jackson away where she can't have computers or a phone on the same week they released a letter fighting Michael's estate, they didn't want her to know, and they knew that if she were to have access to the kids that they would have told her what the siblings were upto!

I don't want to hear about their concerts, their projects and any other of their scams. That includes Janet too. Their behavior and actions have been disgusting and they have no morals. I hope the kids will learn from this and protect themselves from their so called family. Paris did the right thing by speaking her mind and let people see and question what is going on. If she and her brothers have their own lawyer I would advise them to talk to that person privately. I know they are kids but they are dealing with vultures in their family and they need to know their rights.

They want Katherine to de-stress? Well I don't think she feel real good knowing what they have done the last week and how worried the kids were about her.

also because some of his siblings have sold him out over and over again during his life. They've proven MANY times they can't be trusted. Randy and Jermaine being the worst.

The Department of Children's Services will not think it is just "fine" that three children
under the care of Katherine Jackson were unable to contact her, and did not know "where Katherine was.

Because the new Jackson 5 (Tito, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie, and Janet) have decided
they will be mean, nasty, and hateful toward Michael Jackson's only children: Prince,
Paris, and Blanket Jackson, I advocate their immediate removal from the
the Jackson family members. If this is not done, I fear for the well being of Michael's children.

Yeah, it looks like some missed the part with the missing person report. And Paris being worried, saying her grandmother has been missing for a week and that she hasn't spoken to her in a week. You also don't file a missing person report for fun. And making the kids worry that much is beyond cruel.

Ivy I agree with you. Mother was sent away on purpose. They used the doc to make a case that it was due to stress that she had to be isolated. In the letter they stated that they were going against the wishes of their mother and her attorney. This would mean that Katherine knows about their plan to send that letter, but said NO. They moved her away to prevent people from asking her about the letter and not because she does not know about it. By his own statement in the letter, we know that Katherine knows what they planned. She missed the concert, because they want to stress that she is even too stressed out to go. It is no coincidence that the letter contained the word stress and Jermaine tweets too.

I don't think Paris would go on twitter asking where her grandmother was and that she hasn't spoken to her in a week if they knew what was going on. There is no excuse for keeping the kids in the dark. Katherine is their guardian.

It would surprise me if they dont step in cuz when mj was alive they all freakin wanted to step in didnt they! its double standards to me.

We now have the first 2 parts: First the letter, Second send Mother away. Now we simply wait for their Third move. Sooner than later it will begin.

I believe so. He was called as a defense witness. But was no help to the defense.

I'd just like to hear what he has to say. Why he was called? Who called him?

It's Dr. Metzger. He was a defense witness, but he was a hostile witness, you have to testify if you are subpoenaed.

you got in in reverse, first send moms away , keep her off the net rest and de-stress lie, then send the letter and keep her there till they get a response or so they think. meanwhile if it gets out boy wouldn't it be great to publicize the unity tour with. huh. cuz any way you slice it they got publicity for the tour didn't they. must be a slow following till tonight. well now how sly was jermaine to slip that' unity tour' comment at the end of his statement. food for thought anyway.

It does not matter if all of this has been the biggest misunderstanding that has happened within this century. The minute any adult in contact with Mrs. Jackson was notified that Paris was tweeting concern for her grandmother and wanted to talk to her, the phone call should have been placed immediately. Anything short of that, in my opinion, is irresponsible if what she is doing is truly resting. If Mrs. Jackson truly contacted the police, then the same could have been done hours ago to her granddaughter.

Unless Mrs. Jackson is in some kind of medical condition that she can not act for herself, then, in my opinion, there is no reason for this on her part. At some point, you tell grown children to back off and you mean it. Now, her first priorty has to be her 3 grandchildren of whom she agreed to act as guardian. It doesn't matter what comes out of her own children's mouths now; if it isn't putting Michael's children first, then she can't honor Michael's wishes. She is to now protect them the same as he would have; that was the trust placed in his wish for her to be guardian, as with any parent who selects who to trust with their children in such a situation.
