I don't think things can totally go back to normal again. This is quite the escalation. No idea what triggered it off, maybe mrs j was about to bail on the aeg lawsuit, or they realise they're not going to win it. It's just all so tawdry, one side (trent, kj's lawyers) briefing radaronline and the siblings briefing x17online and celebuzz - a pr war battled out on downmarket gossip sites. Hope the estate just stays out of it and continues working on bad25.

When Katherine Jackson left for Arizona, she DID let the children know she was leaving town, a Jackson family source confirms to X17.

Various online reports claim the Jackson matriarch left her home in Calabasas without notifying Paris, Prince and Blanket of her plans.

A source from within the family tells X17online exclusively, “This is simply untrue. In fact, Prince helped her [Katherine] carry her bags to the car before she left on her trip.”

As for the Tweets from Paris Jackson’s Twitter account claiming that Katherine was missing, family members suspect Katherine’s nephew, Trent, was behind those messages.

We’re told Katherine went to Arizona to spend time with her daughter Rebbie, and to get away from Trent, who the Jacksons say is “the very person and persons we are trying to protect our mother from.” Currently, we're told Trent is prohibiting family members from speaking with Michael's three children.

Aside from being investigated for filing a bogus missing persons report, X17online exclusively reported that Trent is also named in a pending elder abuse investigation being conducted by the Sheriff’s Department.

Although Steve Whitmore of the LA County Sheriff’s Department declined to comment, the Jackson family confirms that the investigation, which also names current Jackson estate executors John Branca and John McClain, is underway.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... there's a "concerted effort" to get Katherine on board to challenge Michael Jackson's will and get the Executors removed. In addition to Randy and Jermaine, Rebbie and Janet are also on board, although it's unclear exactly how much Jackie supports the move.

Michael's siblings have a lot to gain if the will is invalidated, because it cuts them out of Michael's fortune, and once Katherine dies all the money is firmly earmarked to MJ's kids, charity, and that's it.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is still treating the report that Katherine went missing as an open investigation and they are doing a follow-up to make sure she's ok.

They shouldn't have any concern because they're not beneficiaries and it's none of their business. Katherine needed a hefty amount of money to pay the Moonies and the executors gave it to her. What else do they want? The estate is following the orders of Michael under the watchful eye of the court.

What they want is to declare Katherine incompetent and remove the executors so they can enjoy the fruits of Michael's hard work.
Only thieves do that. In plain terms what Michael says in his will is: I don't want any of my siblings including Joe to enjoy a penny from me. What does it take to understand that?

The facts are known and they have been known since shortly after Michael's death. Of course the Jackson's didn't mention money in the letter but their actions speak much louder than their words. All they have done since Michael died is throw him and his kids under the bus for money

Erm, noone said Paris didn't know her grandmother will travel, so this point seems kind of moot. What was said is that Paris could not reach her over the phone while she was away.

You gotta love how the Jacksons' story changed from Katherine having to go away because of some illness to being on holiday to having to be "protected" from Trent.

I did just read that the LA cops were turned away at the door from the Arizona place because they were out of their jurisdiction. RadarOnline just reported that.

Is the family stuck on stupid? It is well past too late to invalidate the will the court supported it as valid with evidence being the will that was submitted prior to Blanket's birth. According to the dictates of the will if John Branca and John McClain are no longer able or willing to be executors, the Bank of America become the executor. The John's charge 10% to the estate for fees, the average rate for as Estate of this complexity is 30% and if you know anything about Bank of America you know it will find additional fees to charge and it will not give a damn about the "Legacy" of Michael Jackson.

Maybe $70,000.00 a month is not enough for Mrs Jackson and all of her children, grandchildren, and great grand children to live off of, but they need to find a way to make the best of it. AEG has been given a lot of ammunition to use against the Family from the Family themselves, and this weekend they have given them even more.

UPDATE: The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department detectives were TURNED AWAY at the house where Katherine Jackson is staying because they didn't have jurisdiction because the Pima County Sheriff's Department determined that Katherine was safe. The detectives were told Katherine was safe, and are now on their way back to Los Angeles without having made any contact with Katherine.

Why? Did the CA Dept announce its visit to the AZ dept? I don't know if it is mandatory but I know that police depts get in touch before any visit.

at least I can look at myself in the mirror and say, I always knew the JAckson's were nothing but scum. Right from the day, Michael died, to jealous Jermaine holding that statement announcing his death, I knew they were nothing but scum.

Thank you God for making me see thru the Jackson's from the time I became an MJ fan, to the day when Michael passed, and even now.
