Jermaine Jackson's public mea culpa to Michael Jackson's executors totally contradicts numerous statements he previously made about the latest family drama involving Katherine Jackson, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

In a letter sent to John Branca and John McClain, executors of Michael Jackson's estate, demanding their resignation, which was signed by Jermaine, Janet, Randy, Tito and Rebbie, they said their mother had suffered a "mini-stroke" because of stress allegedly caused by the two men. Jermaine also said on Twitter on July 19, "The truth is that Mother DID suffer a mini-stroke some months ago. She is fine now, but the timeline doesn't alter the fact it happened."

However, there was no mention of Katherine Jackson suffering a stroke in Jermaine's statement Wednesday. "As attorney Perry Sanders has since confirmed, a health check detected high blood pressure with Mother. Rest was the sole reason she went to Arizona," Jermaine said in reference to his mother's health.

Sanders previously told Radar Katherine didn't suffer a mini-stroke or stroke. Jermaine also said that the reason Katherine went to the Arizona spa was for doctor-ordered rest, and said at the time, "Mother is safe and well in Arizona with her daughter and our sister, Rebbie, resting up on doctor's advice." There is no mention of any doctor ordering Katherine to rest in Jackson's statement though on Wednesday.

Jermaine admits in his latest comments, that Michael's three kids, who had been trying in vain to reach their grandmother while she was away, weren't being allowed to talk to her, despite previously insisting that no one was blocking Katherine from receiving their calls. Last week, Jermaine said, "No-one is being 'blocked' from speaking with Mother."

Wednesday's remarks from Jermaine though confirm Michael's children were unable to reach their grandmother. "When she was away, and with the children in the responsible care of Tito's son TJ, there was never a malicious attempt to 'block' the kids from talking with her. We simply worried that a call home would first entail, or lead to, conversations with individuals we are in dispute with and that would, therefore, increase pressure on Mother -- and pressure was what a doctor said she didn't need."

Katherine Jackson lost custody of the children last week, and her grandson, TJ Jackson, was appointed temporary guardian. Katherine and TJ have formally petitioned the Court to become co-guardians of the children. Judge Mitchell Beckloff must formally sign off on the agreement in court on August 22.

"Word from Katherine Jackson’s lawyer Perry Sanders: tomorrow Charles Schultz (not the Peanuts guy, he’s gone), lawyer for TJ Jackson, will file a pleading tomorrow to make TJ permanent co-guardian of Prince, Paris. and Blanket. Oh no here comes Joe. If Joe is on Randy's side why didn't he sign the letter? I mean, if I tried to challenge a will and was unable to, then my son came to me with evidence and wrote a letter with signatures, I would sign too. The mere fact Joe did not sign makes me think that Joe knows it is a bunch of doo doo.

Joe needs to ask the estate, his son, and the family "source" when was the last time Randy went begging to the estate to ask for money to pay his back child support. Joe, your sons are dead beat dads, and live with it.

Maybe RRJJ knew that Joe has NO credibility. Anywhere. They probably thought that his name on the letter would make it a joke. But as it turns out, they didn't even need him for that.

Yesterday, I had a phone call with my son Jaafar that broke my heart. He asked: "Is it true that we cannot visit grandmother's house as a family anymore?" Enough has become enough... I didn't even bother to read Jermaine's full statement since I know it will contain new lies to cover up old lies.

Aw poor Jermaine, reality must have started to sink in. He and his kids are barred from visiting mother's house. Prince, Paris and Blanket know he's a greedy deadbeat after their money. He killed the one link between himself and Michael's fortune - his and his kids relationship with Michael's kids. Michael's kids will probably not want to sign any more belts, jackets or whatever memorabilia they want to put out to make a buck, and the list goes on.

Too late for Jermaine though, the damage is already done. What does he hope to do with it? Is he hoping that they will let him visit his mother's house? Is he hoping that Prince, Paris and Blanket will fall for his pathetic, half-assed apology (which is putting it lightly) and welcome him and his children with open arms? ROFL. Too late.

It's not about being up to the same standard as MJ would have done but being up to a standard that is at least respectable. The Michael album was far from that so it's perfectly reasonable for fans to have concerns. Their track record so far has not been good.

Yeah quite irrelevant. They just showed bits from an 2004 interview while mentioning Debbie's marriage-divorce-kids with Michael. In 2004 Debbie said she thought her marriage to Mchael wasn't a big deal, she complained about media , how they followed her, how they try to get a bad picture etc. they mentioned she can't talk about the kids due to a confidentiality agreement. They asked what is the saddest thing during her relation with Michael and she said she can't talk about it and even though she could she probably wouldn't - it seemed like she was hinting the saddest thing was about her kids and probably how she doesn't see them much etc.

Yes i remember that interview clearly and its kinda strange they would use a 2004 interview but then again we really shouldnt be surprised ET would that

The Jacksons are having a birthday celebration for Michael in August, so maybe Joe has something to advertise there and wants us to know he is still in the picture.

He rings this person and tells them that he cannot tell them all the details, but his son is telling the truth. OK if he could not give all, how about giving one small detail to show that what Randy said was the truth. He cannot because there is no fact to back up the points in their allegations. What exactly is Randy telling the truth about--that the will is fake; that Branca and co caused Katherine to have a stroke; that the executors are committing fraudulent acts; that more will be disclosed shortly; that the kids were not blocked from seeing their mother? There is so much Randy said, so is Joe agreeing with everything? Now I wonder if Joe helped his smart son plan this coup?

Serious in what way? I thought the Jackson's forcing Michael's kids to hold bottles of perfume and sign belts was a bit more serious... I look at it this way, which would Michael support? His kids being forced into making money for the Jackson's, or his art being released and celebrated?

Anyone going against Michael's wishes and his children isn't and has never been a real fan of Michael and his teachings IMO. But very much like a Jackson fanily fan. MASSIVE difference between the two.

As for Jermaine, I didn't bother reading past the 4th line of his statement. I don't care.

I'm sadden that not only did PPB had to go to that mediocre "Unity" concert, but also had dinner with the very people who are trying to steal their inheritance. And here the estate is trying to do everything they can to protect the children by barring these folks who tried to harm them.

Keep it classy Jackson.

Prince, Paris and Blanket must really love their grandma to have to put up with all that. Can't wait til their 18.

I fell in love with MJ when I was a kid myself and he was 12 years old. His voice and his eyes captured me and since that moment his artistry was part of me. One day, in the summer of 09, my life, like many others, changed forever. My heart was broken and the world became darker without his light.
Then came the trial and we had to go through it all again. First to accept the mere 4 years in jail (which probably will be less) instead of prison and then the "fam" rewarding the murderer by dropping the restitution.

Now the letter and the grandma snatching.
The whole situation is absurd.
None of MJ' siblings give a damn about his kids. On the contrary, the contempt they show for PPB is so palpable that hurts.

I just hope the judge gives the permanent guardianship only to TJ and the list of banned people from MJ's kids home gets in place for a good amount of time. As much as PPB love KJ, I can't get over her saying she didn't call them because she didn't feel like (among many other things).

Like many of you, I was amazed by the level of maturity showed by Paris and Prince, since they still are so young. Although I'm sad, their behavior tells me the 3 of them are united (for real!) and they will be alright.

Yeah, Prince and Paris are so mature and intelligent. Blanket is such a cutie pie. I am so proud of them and love them dearly. Michael would be proud of his kids.
