she obviously sent them an email mentioning the allegations etc, and this is the response she got back. If she would not have been sending the emails and asking them questionable things, she would not have gotten that response

I asked them nothing but if they can give any details of the case. I DID NOT mention the allegations. Why would I?

why would they respond like that then?
