Someone is getting funding for creating and marketing "Moonwalker" shoes....."shoes that defy gravity" - that's the way it's being marketed. I can't believe this blatant rip off... does anyone here know how to send this off to the estate?
Does anyone have any legal opinion? This sort of thing really irks me. Sorry if this is not the thread to post this.

Blatant rip-off of what? The advertisment refers to the actual experience of walking on the Moon. Nothing to do with Michael so I doubt the Estate would or could do anything.

Who needs special shoes to moonwalk? Just do like michael :D :moonwalk

It doesn't refer to the moonwalk. Even if it did refer to it the estate would have no say as far as I'm aware. The moonwalk wasn't invented by MJ.

Does it really have Michael's logo on it? Nope.
