Maybe I got it wrong, I'm not a lawyer and english is not even my first language... but I think there's a big problem with boycotting.

From what I understood reading the trust, the estate is made of assets that can't be touched until they creates money (money that goes to Katherine and the kids until the kids will be 35 when they will gain partial control). Just in the case it does not create money anymore, it can be sold. If all the things that create money such as MJ albums, merchandise etc. will be boycotted, they will stop producing money... so they can be sold!
Am I correct?

I dont talk to her and despite the fact that she may not know American law 100% (but who does?) at least her heart is in the right place. All she desperately wants as we all do is a little bit of justice for MJ which he is not going to get at this rate.

oh I never question her heart. but at the same time if it cannot happen , then forcing it and spending all this time and effort will go to waste.

I'm not saying stop what you are doing but perhaps more suitably, she can find a good wrongful death lawyer in California area and then rally for getting those lawyers take on the case pro bono.

(and DI. you know that regardless of what I believe and support, I say that Joe needs to have better lawyers so kudos to her to trying to replace Oxman. It's just not likely to happen with T-Mez).

simply put - yes you need them to be able to pay the debts. If not assets can get repossessed or they can be forced to sell them.

Muzikfactory2 just wants a boycott until the executors are removed. I don't know how financially successful boycotts are. Maybe they are more successful PR wise. IDK, not being an expert at this. Katherine & the kids get an allowance, so they would not be affected. Many people think Branca & McClain are in cahoots with Sony & AEG - so they are in a position to finagle funds to do what they want & the catalog will eventually be sold to Sony. Sony especially has a PR problem with MJ fans that goes back to at least Invincible days, hence you see the signs in 2002 that Muzikfactory2 uses so effectively in her in her vids - not to mention the other vids on You Tube. Anti-Sony signs were again at the trial too. I would think it is a problem for Sony more overseas than in the US. Motolla called himself the gatekeeper to MJ music right after MJ passed - bad PR move for Sony IMO. But when Sony owns all the catalog - they'll make so much money, I am sure they won't care about PR. Licensing for ringtones, commercials etc

Executors will never be removed because of a failed business - especially if the reason for failure is a boycott - something that has nothing to do with the deal they did and something out of their control..

Plus perhaps not Katherine but children will definitely be affected in the long run with any boycott - starting 30 they are inheriting the money & assets in the estate - the less money the estate earns because of a boycott the less money the children inherit in the future.

yes they are separate. I think that the new albums etc will come from Sony Music not the catalog. Still these big corporations could balance their loss in one are with profits from another section.

for example in Europe there's a gum manufacturer that has a "healthy chewing gums", they make and sell chewing gums that has vitamins in them. The line is totally unprofitable, they are having huge losses. But they still keep the product line because they see it as their "prestige" product and make enough profit in the regular bubblegum sales to counter for the losses.

What I'm trying to say is even though a boycott can hurt Sony's sales for Michael related stuff, they might just balance with other profits and keep doing what they are doing.

There is clearly a very unstable element to her personality to put it mildly. The thing that surprises me is the level of support amongst certain fans she continues to receive despite her overtly racist and sexually profane tweets to say nothing of her condemnation of fans who didn't support her crusade against Mr Thomson as "useless and ignorant".
