hello everyone I just wanted to say a big hello to all you fellow MJ fans & to introduce myself :)

My name is chantelle I come from Kingston upon Hull, which is part of Humberside, Yorkshire, England. I was born here in Hull but have also lived in Manchester & Lincoln but have returned back to my hometown.

I'm 24 in October & have been a fan of Michael's since I was one year old so almost 23 years! it's the longest I've ever been a fan of anyone's.

Michael has always been my inspiration, my idol & if you wanna call him that (my father figure) in a sorta roundabout way

My father was always horrible so I looked up to Michael & learnt so many things including a passion for music for dancing & i also learnt a lot of values from him as you would from a father & also when I went through a difficult time in 1996 i looked up to Michael then too.

i thought if he can get through the difficult time he went thorough I can get through what I'm going through.

So for me loosing Michael has been so tough it hit me really hard but i know I'll always have him in my heart & my memories of him which no one can ever take away from me!

That's a lovely post. Michael meaning that much to you must be making all the more painful to lose him. Hope you're doing ok.

Yes hey another Mika fan wayhey yeah a lot of us are Mj fans too & congregating here lol

I actually registered to this place ages ago but forgot to sort it out & actually start posting hence resigning up now

yes it is very difficult for me at the moment MJ was a big influence on my life in so many ways & I would not be the person I am today without him!

It is very tough him not being around & I can't help but get sad & cry a lot, just the other day I cried so much i was nearly sick (not good at all eh)

But it's something I guess i have to come to terms with isn't it! sadly

I wish i'd gotten to see him live but sadly never did & now never will :(

yeah i'm enjoying my time here thanks I have been a member a few months now but just stumbled upon my intro post lol I hadn't read all of the comments on here til now :)
