Lol... Pepsi is one of the sponsors to x-factor. I'm sure the commercial will be shown again when x-factor is on.

Yeah, this commercial was played at least 4 times when I watched X Factor 2 nights ago...and every time I saw it, I had the same reaction - ecstatic! :woohoo:

And they played it 5 times more during X Factor's 2nd night. :D

MJ was under contract and was paid for the ads, Pepsi owns them. There probably is some sort of royalty clause
when a "new" version of the footage is aired, so the estate is being paid something. But Pepsi is free to use
the footage as they see fit to promote their product.
