?? You've got to give us something more to go on here. What information are you basing "Michael was alive hours after he was announced dead"? What sources? If you're talking about all the various stories about airplanes taking off, Jermaine's statements, etc., this is probably best addressed in the Seeking the Truth forum, jmo.

Or if you're referring to the "heart beat" obtained in the hospital, I believe that was r/t to the balloon pump that was inserted and creates a heart beat like appearance on a cardiac monitor when there is actually no patient initiated cardiac activity.

Can you be more specific, "alive" after he was announced dead could mean many things depending upon the specifics and where they were reported and by whom.

I don't quite know what you're talking about.

I remember the conspiracy about his body moving while he was on the helicopter. But that was brought on by the people who follow the death hoax theory. A lot of the stories of Michael being alive after his death came from those people because they don't believe he is dead. Is this what you're thinking of?

Michael was gone five hours before the 911 call. That is a statisfical fact based on the state of his body when he was brought to the ER. So he was already long gone even before 911.

Isn't there a time restriction or obligation to actually pronounce someone as dead?
Obviously there was a disagreement between paramedics and Murray. Murray refused to pronounce him dead for obvious reasons. How legit is that?
Under his higher medical authority he could actually present a lie for a fact without any consequences?
I would really like to check for precedent cases to see what happened.
