Hurricane Patricia is expected to make landfall near Puerta Vallarta, Mexico sometime today (Friday) along with the effects of this massive storm affecting the US state of Texas. This latest update from The Weather Channel appeared in my Facebook newsfeed. I hope that anyone in the path of this storm was able to evacuate or was able to get to a safer place to avoid it! I only work with 1 person on my shift and he's there right now. He is supposed to be back at work Monday, so I hope he's okay :(
