I’m sick with love for this man!! The Thriller 40 announcement has really reignited my passion for the Thriller (and surrounding) eras. He is dreamy, sexy, and perfect.

PS: I could dedicate a lifetime of love to that curl on on his forehead. Why can I not survive his curls?! What is it about them? I can’t figure it out, but I’m obsessed.

I bumped an old thread which has an interview with Michael Bush and also posted a video into it that I found on another thread. In the video Michael Bush mentions a blue top. He calls it 'sapphire blue'. So now I'm really intrigued. If there was a blue top did Michael really not wear it? Or are those 'blue top' photos I've seen legit? Does anyone know? I can understand why he only wore the black top once - even though I think it's the best one by far.

In the grand scheme of things this doesn't matter, obvs. The only reason it caught my attention when Michael Bush said that about the sapphire blue top is cos I'm always intrigued by which colours Michael wears and which ones suit him and which ones don't work so well (imo). I'm guessing no-one else cares about this, lol. I'm just curious.

You have to go and read the curls thread. Apparently people wrote songs and poems about his curls. Maybe you can contribute too 😉

Red, black and of course gold seem to be his colours :) . I also want to read that book for all the insights into fashion. Too bad it's out of print now :(

Oh man I really do! I think awhile back I looked for it and didn’t find it? Or maybe something else happened. Either way, I have to. I can’t recover from the curls. I either need rehab or to just dive full fledged into this lol

There may have been a blue top, but he never wore it on stage, as far as I know

When you say you've seen photos of it, what photos do you mean? Can you post them? Because I've only ever seen one which is photoshopped, which is this one

Hey, ML, thank you for responding, will try to go back and find what it was that I posted. Can't remember offhand, got distracted from blue top; deeply immersed in Brisbane 1987. Can't think straight, lol.

I can see this one is photoshopped cos it's 1988 top. Soz, bit all over the place at the mo, Michael's eyes, 1987. Too much.

Oh the book is still in circulation, it's available online. I ordered mine from Barnes & Noble, I believe Amazon and a couple other online retailers carry it too. :D

Trouble is shipping to here. I might be making a trip to US though, buying these books are top of my list!
