Randy Jackson: My brother was being threatened

I do not think it was mainstream media--more like TMZ--it was on YT when I saw it.

I really have my doubts that this video or the CCTV tapes will ever surface--least of all in a California courtroom. IMO they are either destroyed or sitting in a safe in some high-powered suit's office (and my money's on permanently gone).

The TV guide network play a piece of it on their 411 show. Just in the couple of days after Mike passed. Just the part where he said he didn't know how he would do it, as he wasn't a big eater and would need to put some weight on. They didn't play the part where he said he was really angry at the promoter.
It was all the same tape though as I saw it on youtube first but now they claim they never had it. They lie!
 
Ok, let's suppose the video was not protocolled material meant to be kept by someone.
But the security tapes?
They were supposed to be kept and archived, that's what they are all about.
So investigation is supposed to get to the bottom of this: who was responsible for them, who may have removed them and why.
This of course would open the can of worms.
If no issue of missing material is brought up during trial, the prosecution will conveniently "forget" to mention it.
