Honestly, all of Michael's outfits are extremely iconic, but for starters, to me the OTW suit and tie is pretty darn iconic yet underrated as far as iconic-ness (LOL, is that even a word) goes.
Many entertainers/artists had, have, and continue to don a suit and tie to imitate Michael/do their best Michael Jackson impression (Ne-Yo, and Justin Timberlake for example), but Michael's rendition of it on the OTW album cover is hands down the MOST iconic example of an entertainer wearing a black & white suit and tie in recent music HIStory (pun intended).

However, the OTW suit and tie as iconic as it is gets easily out ranked out by both the Thriller outfit, and the Billie Jean outfits.
The Smooth Criminal outfit (another one of Michael's extremely iconic renditions of a basic suit and tie) is somewhere in there too.

What do YOU think is Michael's Most iconic outfit.:)

And the outfit he wore at the 1984 Grammys. Does this count?

Like Blue said, the Billie Jean jacket and the glove. Also, the sparkly socks and loafers.
Short trousers with white socks
Suit and fedora.
His military style jackets.

And a casual iconic outfit of unbuttoned long-sleeved shirt, white T-shirt, armband, black trousers loafers.

I also think his military style jackets, those famous loafers, and that fedora are iconic.

And remember those gorgeous 2005 trial suits? Sharp dressed man.
