Suggestion: New Moderators

Isn't it time to elect a handful of new moderators? I get that the current staff members have lives and may be busy during the week, but it is a problem when immediate attention is needed (flame war, confrontational questioning of fanhood or integrity, derailing of threads, etc.), and nothing is being done for days!

New moderators who are willing to moderate the forum according to the Terms and rules (not their own rules) are needed.

I was also wondering how would someone find out if they even qualify to become a MOD and what the entire outline of this honoured position in this MJJC Community.
I did not see where I could find that information, I know it must be here somewhere in this vast and palatial MJ Kingdom but I did not see it!

I don't have any lol, however I am looking at doing a democracy kind of thing, you the fans pick your mods, two will be needed, there is a vote for those nominated then a final vote for those to be appointed.

So yeah start thinking guys, community members need to be active, liked and respected, that's the simple criteria.
