This seems a bit unlikely......? I see that it seems to have come from 'The Sun' (UK Tabloid)

London, May 6 (PTI) "

King of Pop" Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch is being as a training camp by SWAT.

A unit of highly specialised weapon officers is using the 3,000-acre property to practise combat drills, reported Sun Online.

The cops use the ranch in Santa Barbara, California, to rehearse tackling life or death scenarios involving assassins, terrorists, hostage-takers and armed robbers.

HELL NO!!! Those S.W.A.T. police force or whoever the hell they are should LEAVE NEVERLAND ALONE!!! They've already ruined Neverland and they're not gonna do it again. This is one of the reasons I don't trust police or law enforcements anymore.

The Estate should kick those b@$^@%#s out.

Yep, I call bs, too.
Neverland is being renovated right now. Why would they allow a SWAT team to train there?

This is TABLOID story from the SUN ... Ahem .. It is certainly NOT true - Please MJ fans should know better. The Estate is not going to allow that and Colonial capital is not going to allow swat teams to tear up the property .... I know we all have better sense than to trust the worst tabloid of All where this story originated ...SUN MAgazine TRASH

Michael is an Environmentalist. This was his message that he wanted to remind people of again.

During the HIStory tour, Michael was promoting the anti-war movement, when the little girl handed the soldier a Sunflower. The Beatles made this particular flower, the Sunflower, popular in some of their song's and movie's. The anti-war movement protested the war in Vietnam, during the 1960's. When the war ended, the anti-war movement became Environmentalist's. It is why Michael loved his ranch, "Neverland," so much. How the people in the community believed the same, of not turning the area into another urban jungle. For this reason, "Neverland" would not be used by law enforcement and besides it would scare the cows!
