ok... So can we have like a chart saying what each place will have so we can make a choice.. Everytime I continue reading the lists, I forget which place will do/have what.. lol!

So Target we are not sure what bonus track it will have?? mmm! Kinda tough to take that chance, when the other 2 places we can PICK which place to buy it from simply by picking which bonus track we want.
 
Just to clarify - will these bonus tracks be actaully on the CD?

Or will they be on a separate disc?

Or will they be a LINK to download?
 
can sum1 make a list of all the bonus tracks available and where they're coming from?

e.g. wbss (82 extended dance mix) - target

I sure hope target has "got the hots" cuz I'm starting to become weary trying to figure out how to get a mp3 from japan.
 
Guys, I seriously think that the EXCLUSIVE download from target is "wanna be startin' somethin" :( well according to that weekly ad posted it says right to the side of the pic of T-25:"exclusive download "wanna be startin somethin" [ 1982 Dance Mix]"

Gosh man, this really angers me, I had my hope up thinking it might be "got the hot" at first until I looked at the Ad closely. I really hate how only japan get's this song. I mean that least they could have done was give us "for all time" and give japan "got the hots" but nooooooooo, japan gets BOTH! That really angers me.:mad: I mean if you gonna release thriller 25 then make it the same worldwide. Not thriller 25 plus an extra song for japan and no one else. Like really who's bright idea was that anyway!:rolleyes:

Target = Billie Jean (1982 Club Mix)

Circuit City = WBSS 1982 Mix

Amazon = Thriller (Dub) + Billie Jean (Underground Mix)

Japan = Got The Hots

I'll probably get it from Best Buy then.. I mean we are getting somethnig new with WBSS (MJ and Akon)

I would like SOMETHING with THRILLER, I'm kinda suprised they did not add anything for Thriller song, not the demo or a remix.. So I'll probably get Best Buys, to get SOMETHIN' THRILLER :)
 
Hey for those of you that work in places the SELL the album, you should always make sure MJ's THRILLER 25 album stands out in someway.. Make sure it's in the CENTER of he NEW RELEASE section, any way you can highlight it, DO IT.. :)

NO it's not. GO look at that weekly ad pic you posted. It clearly says it in red on the side of the t-25 picture.

My question is for those who work at any music store. How do you get the exclusive download? Does it come in a card that comes with the cd so that you can download it online or what?

Yes, IT IS! It says Wanna Be Startin Something Remix for Circuit City. What ad are you looking at? That's the CIRCUIT CITY AD that says Wanna Be Starting Something, not Target.

I went to Target today and in the store it doesn't say on the promo pic what the bonus song will be. It also noted that a bonus song and wallpaper would be included exclusively for Target. I just went and grabbed the Target ad from the yesterday's newspaper and it says "EXCLUSIVE DOWNLOAD". It doesn't say what like all the other ads? I'll scan it...not that it will tell you anything more, but just so those who are confused with the Circuit City ad can see the difference.

hold on...i'm a technodufus. :fear:
 
Target ad is in Green. I think the red color confused ppl that the Circuit City one was the Target one. I wonder if they will have the different covers or just this one. :unsure:

T4P! Yeah, I can see how the red could confuse people, but I figured the big red Circuit City credit card at the bottom of the ad would tell them something, lol...:lol:

SamGoody everyone has 5 different thriller 25s and each of them have different Upc and product codes. Here's what I am trying to figure out. They have a Thriller [25 anniversary edition bonus track] for $14.49 but what is the bonus track?? Could it be GOT THE HOTS :eek:or just another remix? I emailed them and they didn't give me any info on what the track was. This edition cost more $0.50 cent more then the Thriller [25 anniversary edition]

none near me either. But did you notice the Expanded edition for $39. It's release date says 2/26/08. That's after the Japan release. You think maybe the higher price and release date means it MAY have Got the Hots on it? :unsure: Why the later release date and how come Sam Goody has 5 diff versions? Oh man. Now, I'm hesitant to buy my copy from Target in the morning. What to do...what to do. :unsure: lol

We Need a list of every store w/ every bonus track they're carrying tomorrow. I probably won't get mine until the 19th, my birthday. But I want to make a decision on where I want to get it at! :lol: If they wait a couple weeks, then release it again with different stuff, I'm gonna be mad :lol:
 
well to my knowledge the Expanded edition is the japan import and it has, well it should have "got the hots" on it. The label is sony japan too. It's confusing when the japan release is. Some websites have feb 20 and some have the 26th. So I don't know what's going. But what I really want to know is what that bonus track is and why it's $0.50 cents more then the plain anniversary edition. Also...targets website says that they get there music from Amazon. Then how come amazon don't have an advertisment on their website saying exclusive download. Or is it just the target store (building) that has the exclusive download?

Also how do you get the exclusive download? Is it gonna be a code or card on the back of the cd to download the exclusive song online or what?

This is all confusing and driving me crazy. :wacko: I don't see why they just didn't put all the same songs on every album worldwide. I'ma spank michael for this.:lol:
