You can do so by typing
[ youtube ] (without the spaces though)
then pasting the last section of the video name (which is anything after the = sign)
for you it would be wlW5c4tInvY
then typing
[ /youtube ] (but without the spaces)
Type all of these things together without a space and you get this:

[youtube]wlW5c4tInvY[/youtube]

I found the video interesting because he does all the parts (e.g. guitar, cymbals) with his voice, but obviously there is some tweeking involved...
