I didWho told you that ?
Do you know what the differences are between the two versions, and do they have any MJ vocals on them?Rodney Jerkins has 2 versions of You Don't Love Me by Michael Jackson that was the first session that he did with Michael Jackson for the 2001 album Invincible
How that you told yourself about information from yourself ?I did
No. Shout interpolates Guy's beat on Do It and the hook of the Isley Brothers original.I did'nt know about is there is a version of Shout with Rileys rap?
and this lol
Lashawn Daniels sang the whole demo with a intro by Rodney Jerkins that was on a different key called A# flat minorDo you know what the differences are between the two versions, and do they have any MJ vocals on them?
Edit: Apparently the chorus lyrics to YDLM are “Beautiful as I can see / I can’t believe / You don’t love me”
A# flat minor doesn’t exist lol- it’s either A# minor (which is equivalent to Bb minor), or Ab minor (which is equivalent to G# minor). Which one is it?Lashawn Daniels sang the whole demo with a intro by Rodney Jerkins that was on a different key called A# flat minor

Produced in 2008 when MJ was revisiting some old stuff. Most of the new elements were added on top of the original since the multitrack of the song is lost.So is there a Neff-U mix of Throwin'' Your Life Away? What do we know about it?
Interesting. So it'd be very busy but still have the basic skeleton of the original version, basically like a John Mcclain track. Overdubbing is so interesting.Produced in 2008 when MJ was revisiting some old stuff. Most of the new elements were added on top of the original since the multitrack of the song is lost.
Not to my knowledge, which is why this listing is so suspicious. I wouldn’t expect any major differences from the leaked version- remember the multitracks for TYLA were lost, so Neff-U didn’t have much to work with.Interesting. Was it played at a Seminar?
The writer's demo is sung by the late Lashawn Daniels and Michael Jackson's take in a different key called B Minor that sounds similar to the song Angel in Disguise by BrandyDo you know what the differences are between the two versions, and do they have any MJ vocals on them?

Damien insists that the demo is practically the same as The Toy so no worries there lol https://x.com/DamienShields/status/1707680180628844918Really into The Toy rn, hoping the BOJ demo has the same vibe as I enjoy it more than the final remix.

This doesn't sound much like the actual song. The real Water doesn't recycle the Stranger In Moscow beat like I Was The Loser. The music is all totally unique, full of surprising samples like creaking wood and splashing water. Very, very cool instrumental and something no other producer but MJ would come up with. They could easily sell this one to another artist to release as "produced by Michael Jackson" and "featuring MJ" (on the chorus). It's a shame the estate don't value Michael as a musician. With all the 2006-2009 instrumentals he made, he could have had a whole posthumous career as a producer for other artists. The song sounds really great, it gives me goosebumps, it would have been a hit, it's a shame that Michael couldn't finish it, I hope more will come through
did you hear it yourself? The music is all totally unique, full of surprising samples like creaking wood and splashing water. Very, very cool instrumental and something no other producer but MJ would come up with.
Yes, it's great! When in his final TV interview Michael said he likes to "put sounds under the microscope and manipulate their character," he was speaking of these type of songs. It's a great insight into his imagination. It's like a musical sculpture.did you hear it yourself?
I’ve also heard “Monster” and 100% agree- it definitely had a Cascio vibe to it. Ironically, “Monster” on the Michael album is the closest comparison I can think of. I was a little underwhelmed, but I’ve heard there’s multiple versions so hopefully a better one exists- did the alternative version have different chorus lyrics? The version I heard just had “you’ve created a monster” and nothing else. Fast paced track with A LOT of layers with lots of odd sounds. It was definitely more pop than I was expecting- I remember CJ DeVillar described it as a Sgt. Pepper track, but it honestly didn’t sound that way to me.Yes, it's great! From the songs discussed here recently, I also heard Monster (two different versions--different choruses). It's not as innovative as people make it out to be, at least not the demos I heard. No relation to the Cascio Monster whatsoever, but the music is fairly similar in style. That's the vibe. I wouldn't be surprised if the Cascios knew it and based theirs on Michael's. Apparently Michael was showing it off to people in his final years. I believe Harrison Funk, the photographer, said Michael played it to him before he died.
