That 40mb wav file was incorrectly ripped from the original Youtube upload. It's been further compressed. I will just copy paste an explanation I just gave in a Disc server:

"The proper way to rip from YT would be with YT-DLP, which gives you the untouched, OPUS audio stream. The easiest way to tell is if it's reaches 20kHz in the spectrogram. YT adds fake noise so every YT upload always reaches 20kHz. The extra noise is not the thing that matters though; the thing that matters is the fact that the OPUS file has NO FURTHER COMPRESSION. The fake WAV was compressed further (on accident) by whatever ripping website was used, that's why it lacks the YT noise."
