Just realized the tracker got a huge update. Hope someone can put in the leaked versions of WAHTCTW that nobody ever seems to talk about on there. Also what’s with the demo version of Serious Effect being listed as leaked? Is it a mistake or am I unaware of it leaking?

There were 2 versions of Serious Effect. Can't remember the differences but one was slightly longer than the other at least. Nothing major

which leaked versions? do you mean the extended version from a seminar recording?

I know, my question is that the 2 versions both leaked? I know the V2 one leaked 23 years ago, but did the V1 leak? It’s labeled like it is leaked
 
I also would like to announce that I have been slowly updating the Unreleased page on Wikipedia with real and updated information from the tracker and other real sources. I am currently updating songs listed on the page, will be adding ones not listed after I finish with the current ones.
 
Also random but I have a theory that Man In Black and Streetwalker ‘87 both came from the laptop leak. I know the laptop was torrented, but it isn’t impossible that some songs were gatekept. Makes sense too, MiB and ST were both played in the seminars, so I wonder if someone out there (maybe the person who leaked MiB and ST ‘87) has Dreams Away among others

Absolutely, I joined in 2003 but I don't recall if I got SOS or TMBMTLTT here or elsewhere. There was way more active MJ forums back then.

And of course, Limewire, Kazaa etc were in operation where I got a lot of the unreleased songs originally.

And I'm almost certain that the song is never gonna see the light of day now that the window for it was missed, with Roger Taylor comparing working with the Estate as "wading through glue" it wouldn't be surprising if they don't ever feel like putting themselves in that position again.

I mean, it took them 3 whole years just to end up releasing one song, and what they released was a version they weren't content with just so they could finally get it over with. You can only imagine the hassle that went on behind the scenes lol.

Yes, the 2nd one leaked some years ago. I remember there was a "new" Dangerous demos leak where that was among the leaks. I'm sure you can find more information on it on google or something. Its not a memorable leak because I dont think we got anything really "new" out of it.

Lord Jackson didn't gatekeep anything, in fact he even bans people in his server for that lol

Important detail: there's two laptops, we only got one.

Someone got a copy of the other, and that’s where everything’s been coming from.

Brad was smart enough however to start bringing only what he wants to show, and because of that not everything he has will leak.

That’s a very nice find! Btw, Thriller being “massively influenced” by HotSpace as claimed by the interviewer and the fact that Thriller wouldn’t perhaps exist without hot space..

I’m happy that he cleared up that stupid Llama rumor and indirectly the other rumors such as MJ catching Freddie with a bag of coke, Freddie having an orgy in the studio and MJ being so weird and odd that Freddie had to make an escape haha.

So my theory is semi correct? Someone probably has songs like Dreams Away?
