LMFAOOOO TRUEEE big true
Literally you two.
don't know where to post this but this mix is incredible.
We need a rock mix of TYLA with guitars like that from @OfficialBriggsyI don’t like it at all, but if others do… well allrighty then![]()
Tomboy, Saturday Woman, Pressure, Can't Come Back, She's Got It Baby, 7 Digits and Don't Believe It are all complete as far as I'm aware. Also going to reiterate Bryan claims he has a version of Man in Black with complete vocals, which has been disputed here.
Wait what? When did you talk to her? Did she mention when she and Bryan went to the estate...? What songs they brought? Bryan's memory is probably not that great, but it's possible he doesn't consider them viable for some reason also.I spoke with Shana Mangatal about Bryan Loren's songs.I asked her about "Can't Come Back", "Pressure" and "She's Got It Baby".
She told me she had been at the Estate with Bryan Loren. He only brought the complete songs, and none of them had those titles.
Does that mean they aren't Bryan Loren's songs?
Did he forget about them?
Did MJ really record these additional songs?
Maybe someone here has the answers.
I spoke to her in 2024. She told me she didn't know those titles. She thinks they might be songs sung by Loren or songs like "Son of Thriller."Wait what? When did you talk to her? Ah, that lines up with what Bryan has said over the years--even on the MJCast. I didn't know he went with Shana though... very bizarre. How did they even meet...?I spoke to her in 2024. However, she has an unknown song with a different chorus where MJ says "She is a Loser."
She told me that a few years ago, they went together to the estate to present them with the most polished tracks. They hoped they would use them for a new album. They said they didn't want them and were only interested in Michael Jackson's greatest hits.
This is odd. Sounds almost like Shana has made that up.. I didn't know he went with Shana though... very bizarre.
I don't think anyone said anything about IAAL?So 3 people here now saying there's a "She Is A Loser" version of IAAl. Interesting. What a saga that song was. From I am to I was to now she is.
You Don't Love Me? I'm assuming you're talking about If You Don't Love Me lol that titles are very similar. The estate and Xscape production crew never did anything with If You Don't Love Me for either Michael or Xscape. All that happened with that track was Bill submitted revised mixes that are the exact same as the leak but have minor "fixes" for potential usage that obviously were rejected. Similar to how Bryan submitted those tracks and the estate did anything with them.Ah, that lines up with what Bryan has said over the years--even on the MJCast. Also wait lmao, they think You Don't Love Me is better than Serious Effect or Work That Body?
I always was so confused by the WCYHM track. Not only is it terrible I just like don't see MJ being on it or it fitting into the time period it's from. Seriously sounds like something from Dangerous or something.2 songs Bottrell wrote for Michael during the Bahrain sessions. The second one went to Sheryl Crow but I wonder if Michael got the chance to hear them.
Yeah typo. I thought Bill had a little more success in that they at least considered it? Whereas with Bryan there was no consideration. You Don't Love Me? I actually love the idea of songs being finished as long as it has a solid vision but I no longer have that same faith in the estate post Xscape. I'd rather them take the Prince estate approach and not really mess with the songs much beyond a new mix/master but even then they can't seem to have decent mixes/masters so it's still kind of a shitty option lol. But yeah if they were able to just clean up the songs without making them sound like shit that'd be cool. Really nothing to lose by dropping some of these mumble demos and instrumentals that have been collecting dust or even have been leaked for decades atp.The problem is, the estate's thinking they are smarter and way better than Michael.
Every song has to be reimagined, no matter if there are finished & ready to be released songs lying around or not.
thats what I was thinking, the only weak part is the chorus and even then it’s still strong.“If You Don’t Love Me” is leagues better than “Work That Body” and “Serious Effect.”

The estate is right (in my opinion). The only Loren track that I would say is better is “She Got It.”The estate thinks the same
No there is no version with Michael on it.Hi everyone, sorry if this question has already been asked (I'm new to this forum). I'd just like to know: did Michael Jackson record any vocals for "Shut Up and Dance"? There are at least six mixes with Kirkland, but is it possible that there's at least one with Michael Jackson?
Have a good day!
And anybody knows if the second version of If You Don't Love Me is from 1990 or is just a reworked version from post 2010?“If You Don’t Love Me” is leagues better than “Work That Body” and “Serious Effect.”

This doesn't sound like Michael at all... there were a lot of J5 clones back then. This could be one.Another song Motown is holding on to
