essentially the inverted version of the Bad album rolloutthe plan was single releases only, and then a „compilation“ studio album featuring the previously released singles
Phonecall for Peace is nice but no not really@arisenow Here's where I have a question, and it also applies to @GYWOOM, but:
Is there anything recorded in MJ’s lastest years that we haven't heard yet but that you guys would consider a really good song? Not a loop, or instrumental thing. Really hope theres something better recorded those years
And don't mention Rocker or Boy No, I don't find those that appealing.
wasn't it basically considered for every album because Michael loved it so much?It was briefly considered for Invincible, according to Damien Shields, but there's no evidence to suggest it ever got redone in the studio.
There was (apparently) some talk about some people hearing Victory a couple weeks ago. They described it as incomplete; a ballad/uptempo hybrid, something around the lines of Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now if I were to imagine. For anyone that actually knows - There are only 2 songs that I really care about, all the rest are a gift IMO.
But are either Victory or Buffalo Bill actually believed to be in circulation? Is there any proof?
Motif casually dropping a song title that was previously unknownPhonecall for Peace is nice but no not really
Is that what neff-u played during the Michael documentaryPhonecall for Peace is nice but no not really
No, that’s just them talking during sessions. Is that what neff-u played during the Michael documentary
It is Pray for Peace, but MJ sings it in a phonecall to Buxer iirc.Motif casually dropping a song title that was previously unknown
what era
and is it related to Pray for Peace?
Tomboy? Yes.@arisenow did you heard tomboy or crack kills or children holiday .children hours
If I may ask, is it true that Tomboy is "vocally complete"? and is it actually related to Stop That?Tomboy? Yes.
It's very much a Barnes production, so it's not really what I would listen to on a daily basis. I only have a version with scratch vocals. If I may ask, is it true that Tomboy is "vocally complete"? and is it actually related to Stop That?
= peakIt's very much a Barnes production
are they similar to heal the world, what more can i give or people of the world?Children’s Holiday? Yes.
Children’s Hour? Yes.
Is there any song we could compare it to? Something it sounds similar to?It's very much a Barnes production, so it's not really what I would listen to on a daily basis. I only have a version with scratch vocals.
What songs did he produce/co-produce again? iirc it was TMO, MoB, Alright Now, and Cheater, may be missing someIt's very much a Barnes production, so it's not really what I would listen to on a daily basis. I only have a version with scratch vocals.
So if the song was co-written by Barry Gibbs could the "Barri Gibbs MJ" song listed in the notes inside MJ's bedroom actually have been referring to "Pray For Peace" instead of "All In Your Name"?Unreleased Michael Jackson: Pray For Peace - Michael Jackson MJSTAR
The King Of Pop, Michael Jackson, once shared with MJSTAR details of a new song in a telephone conversation where Michael talked about life and music. Michael Jackson was inspired and ready to share with the world a brand new song entitled “Pray For Peace”. Michael told MJSTAR this new song...mjstar.co.uk
If you have the song, lyrics please. It's very much a Barnes production, so it's not really what I would listen to on a daily basis. I only have a version with scratch vocals.
Barnes didn't work on cheater. What songs did he produce/co-produce again? iirc it was TMO, MoB, Alright Now, and Cheater, may be missing some
oh huh, thought he did for some reasonBarnes didn't work on cheater.
Children's Holiday is so catchy! It's the better WOC, lol. In all seriousness though, if you've heard the J-Friends version, then you can imagine how Michael's demo sounded. I'm sure K would like to comment on Childrens Hour.are they similar to heal the world, what more can i give or people of the world?
Listen to "Turnin' Me Off" to understand how Barnes worked. I'm really not a fan.Is there any song we could compare it to? Something it sounds similar to?
I understand why someone might think that.I Bet You Remember hook claim
It's literally just a scratch vocal with no sensible lyrics. The melody is there; that's it. At least for my early HH version. If you have the song, lyrics please.
Perhaps it's a rough mix from early on.It's literally just a scratch vocal with no sensible lyrics. The melody is there; that's it. At least for my early HH version.
It doesn't.Does the version you have contain Roger Troutman's guitar ODs?
So despite the J-Friends version being from 1998, Michael's version is from circa 1993? interesting. Im guessing its more on the completed sideChildren's Holiday is so catchy! It's the better WOC, lol. In all seriousness though, if you've heard the J-Friends version, then you can imagine how Michael's demo sounded. I'm sure K would like to comment on Childrens Hour.
Do you really have that song? It's literally just a scratch vocal with no sensible lyrics. The melody is there; that's it. At least for my early HH version.
