on www.michaeljacksoninsider.com there is a video interview with a lady from MJHOAXLIVE (twiggy) feb 08 2010 saying she has been following the jackson estate case and that branca did not suppose to have the will cause he was fired in 2003 and was ordered to give over the will and she said the judge mention some months back that the will was forged, and that katherine can not go against the estate but joe is I dont know how to bring this video over. so i given the website. the video is called grand conspiracy

No, the court gave Katherine the right to challenge the executors.. but she decided not to do so in the end.

I read that the judge granted katherine the right to challenge the executors, but katherine did not go forward with it, the lady in the interview was referring to katheine in her own words she stated it that way, she mention joe and oxman were goin to fight she said she been inside the court. room
 
oh lord.

..but wait if the judge thought the will was forged there would be no way he'd let it continue as if it was real..surely..

there was supposed to be a hearing on January 28 re the revocation of the will. all is quiet, though, and it seems it has been postponed till May. the hearing for Joe's petition for allowance has been postponed to May, and i guess the two are tied to each other.

One more of the endless list of things that don't make sense to me.
Justice is not only one-eye sighted, it's also criminally slow.

I can't say for sure,

but there is a possibility that Thome has something to do with hiring Branca eight days before Michael's death.

He said he handled Michael's entire life. And he was, after all, "looking over" Michael's estate.
 
Branca was supposedly talking with MJ about coming back.
The so-called rehiring letter was signed on June 17. Katherine's legal team is supposed to have a copy.
Unless I see this letter myself,I don't believe anything.

If Katherine had a copy, then wouldn't Joe at least know something about that and not claiming the will is fake on national television??

This letter intrigues me. It's just so strange. Why everything has been released by the press and so far has not released the contents of that letter. We do not have idea of what is written on it and nothing was said about this letter. There is something obscure. :scratch:
 
It's not the only one...
Notice that nobody who claims to have been re-hired by Mike has proved it in public.Branca,Dileo,Tohme.

Yes it's true. I think they would not talk publicly about it because it is a very sensitive issue and involves many questions. Maybe they signed a confidentiality agreement? But for us on the facts there is something very obscure all this. :ph34r:

You're right. Were their any agreements signed between Thome and DiLeo. I know for SURE their was a letter written to Thome firing him.

I also heard a story of Thome coming to Michael's house late at night, making him sign some papers in the dark. Don't know if that is true or if it's a rumor.

And as for Blanca.....I think he was hired by one of Michael's managers.

And if the judge thinks the will is forged, then there's a good possibilty it really is.
 
Why would there be confidentiality in rehiring someone?When you want them to act on your behalf and give them power of attorney?
Quite the opposite,it needs to be public to discourage any contrary claims.
Hiring being confidential while firing going public,doesn't make sense to me.

From Michael's words, Thome was in charge of his estate, over nearly everything. If he knew Michael wouldn't want to hire Branca back, then that would be a reason to hire Brance secretly.

And don't tell me Thome isn't the type of person to do that. "Dr." Thome Thome, "Ambassdor for the state of senegal" who claims he would bring "death and destruction upon the Jackson family".

And you are right about that too. Where is this proof that Michael hired Thome, DiLeo, and even Murray. It is still unclear whether a contract was signed by Murray or by Michael to hire Murray. Where is all that proof?

Perhaps there is a contract between Murray and Michael just between them. And if this contract is the police must have known this. I remember it was said that the contract with AEG was not signed by anyone. :scratch:

ok, on january 28th, the judge heard arguments for the "revocation of the will" motion filed by Billie Jean Jackson in Decembre 2009. The motion WAS denied. You can check here : http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/civilCaseSummary/index.asp?CaseType=Probate

The judge never said that the will was forged because all the media would cover that claim. Randy and Joe claimed the will was forged. But the judge denied Joe's objections because he don't have any legal standing.

If the judge thought the will was forged, this 2002 will would not be probated at this moment.

The letters from Branca, the 97 will were also filed last July at the same time than the 2002 will. All parties have a copy.
