Also, by reaching #9, Thriller has reached its peak position after more than 40 years after its release. Its previous peak was #10.

Billie Jean is also at #89 on the UK singles charts, after entering last week at #98.

The opinions of the general public don't really matter when it comes to top top-streamed songs of an artist.

Again, if Sony wanted to rig a song to get high daily streams, they could have chosen hundreds of songs that Michael released during his lifetime.

There was literally a lawsuit started this week about labels paying to get songs up the chart.

And that's literally the reason none of this matters. The numbers are unimportant because they've been manipulated by people and bots who aren't paying and who aren't even listening.

All you're doing is ****** up the environment. It's disgusting.
