Thank you both so much! I think I will take the kids to the musical then. With your hints I can prepare them for these points so they can better understand. Especially for the father relationship.
I think Thriller themes can't shock them anymore. I hadn't watched the extended film for a while. we did on Halloween on a small screen, so we had to get real close. When that monster face came straight to the camera the first time, all three of us jumped a step back 🤣

Some criticism points to the musical are to the rehearsals of the dangerous tour do not fit songs stranger in moscow they don't care about us earth song and thriller poorly implemented with demons and bad scenery about neverland would have Mj himself never released as a musical
 
So I saw MJ The Musical today in Melbourne, Australia. And - it was really, really good! I was a bit afraid that it could have been a silly, self-indulgent production that parodies Jackson, but it was really well-done. The dancers were amazing, the songs lovingly re-enacted and wonderful backdrops. It just shows there are still young talent out there… amazing show!
