For normal Blu-Rays the only big company that makes their discs usually region free seems to be Warner.

Edit: Some other companies might do it too.

As long as the MJ Estate makes sure there is some stuff that you can interpret either way, meaning there is some stuff to arbitrate it could be possible to delay a decision for a long time. I also do not think that Jordan Chandler will want to come out and record documentaries and stuff. And even if he did I am not sure it would make a difference at all. Of course if Jordan violates the agreement he would be forced to pay back the money? Overall it seems like it could be a pretty lengthy legal dispute which in this case would benefit the Estate.

I guess that's what it comes down to. How long would it take to shut the movie down and how much would it cost the companies involved. Though I suspect none of them would want to release a movie that could be shut down for good. Could the estate rescind iteself from the production? Or would it be too see through and obvious and not hold up in court?

I also used to think, who is there that would actually sue? Who could sue? Larry Feldman is still around. Could he sue? I'm kinda thinking Chandler and his mother wouldn't, but who knows? They probably won't like it if they get exposed as scammers in a major motion picture.

Great. I watched This is it 15 times. For each concert ticket I had. But I'm afraid I'm done with the movie. Twice will be it. But I hope you guys keep up and give it legs.
