The Ultimate Collection on Spotify

Hi,
I am in the middle of creating a Spotify playlist with "deep cuts" MJ songs for a friend and wanted to include several demos/ unknown songs from The Ultimate Collection. To my big surprise I struggled to find it on Spotify, and when I finally found one playlist all the "special" songs, like demos and rare songs, were greyed out and impossible to play. I guess it might be a regional blocking thing but my question is: WHY would these songs be made unavailable for people to listen to, I don't get it? All other albums and songs seem to be there and the songs on UC have been officially released so it shouldn't matter.

Does anyone know anything about this have tried to google it but I don't find any answers.

They removed it, then added it back, then removed it again. I ended up finding a way to add these songs to Spotify myself.

I originally thought that the estate was planning on remixing some of them for a new album or singles. Maybe that's the case.
