Time Zone Problem

The time zone on the site is an hour ahead of what I set it to. For example, I set it to GMT (not because it’s my time, it’s just default) and the time it shows is GMT +1. This does not make any sense.

^ Just guessing, but is it because the UK uses GMT+1 as 'summer time' (ie we don't use 'GMT' as our time default in the UK in summer).

Yeah, we're in British summer time (BST) at the moment, which is GMT+1, so that'll be the default till whatever day in October when the clocks go back.

 

[Serious Effect]

You can actually change the time zone by going to settings (top right) and then the general settings (tab on the left column), where when you scroll down a little bit, there will be "Date and Time" options, where the time zone can be set to the right one.

I'm not sure if you were asking for a fix, but I provided assistance anyway. I swear the settings can really come in handy sometimes, and I learned that out of my own curiosity.
