I personally prefer MJ to the Beatles, but I think it's OK. It doesn't really matter where he is in a single list like this, the important thing he is finally recognized as one of the greats.
 
Why do so many people go ga-ga over rock bands? Don't get me wrong i enjoy rock music myself but there are other styles of music that are just as good.
 
i felt that overall the whole damn list was just out of wack...there were artist on there i felt should not have been and they left out ALOT of artist that deserved to be on that list...Michael SHOULD HAVE been #1. But i guess since the list is for greatest "music artist" and not entertainer they felt they could put the beatles first. let this be for greatest entertainer of alltime and MJ not be #1 then we would have been boycotting lmao
