Thanks for your response, Bubs! I just tried voting again and for the first time it worked the way you just described. So none of my attempts worked last week it seems.

Is that is the case, then your vote is registered.

I just remove reason from address bar http://www.nme.com/ultimateicon/reason/, it will take me back to voting page so I can vote again. NME is not making it easy to vote many times:) If someone out there has a better instructions how to vote many times and faster, please let me know.

I started voting looking like

Yeah, I want them to move on to the next stage too. I'm worried this poll will go on for ages, and people get bored of it and in the next stage of the poll no one bothers to vote anymore and then somebody else wins.

I think we don't need to vote so much now, because Michael is definitely going to make it to the quarter finals. We could then vote more when the next stage begins.

Katy is leading in the other poll, the one about the most dedicated fan base. She's not even nominated in this one. Still, it's pretty ridiculous that she's leading in that poll.

Katy Perry is not on the list for Ultimate Icon. Looking at the list of 60 names, at least half of them shouldn't be there.
Have they got no understanding what is an Icon?

Anyways, this poll has been going on for ages, time to move on the next stage.

Some tips
We have to be very very dedicated in the Ultimate ICON and keep this thread bumped up
Tweet all your votes and FB them keep it in front of everyones face so the link to vote is
readily available - post the Vote link in the thread at least on each page when you say I voted
- so one doesnt have to go to 1st page to get it - keep it at thier fingertips and vote NOW
and often :)

Wasn't there a poll similar to this a few months ago? Michael won that one! Would someone pls. post how Michael is doing. I can't see. I don't have Facebook so I vote the old fashioned way. Thank you!

This vote doesn't seem to show how the votes are going or else people would copy and paste it. At least that's what I'm finding when I have voted. It just doesn't show how things are going probably because there are so many acts.
